Alan Keyes Files Suit in California Superior Court 11/13/08 against Hussein Obama

Dum dum dum dum. The birth certificate issue that just wouldn’t go away regarding Hussein Obama has a  brand new Writ of Mandate. Alan Keyes on November 13th filed the writ in the Sacramento superior court against Hussein among others regarding his citizenship. Taken directly from the writ:

Senator Barack H. Obama is a candidate for the Office of the President of the United States. However, to assume such office, Senator Obama must meet the qualifications specified for the Office of the President of the United States, which includes that he must be a “natural born” citizen.

What will the Hussein cultist members cry now? Racism wouldn’t work very well this time…

    Unavoidable scenario: If SCOTUS disqualifies Obama BEFORE 1/20/09 inauguration, McCain is POTUS per remaining electoral college electors; if SCOTUS disqualifies Obama after 1/20/09 inauguration, Hillary likely becomes POTUS per vote of Dem controlled House of Rep. Either way, is clear Obama will NOT be or remain POTUS.

    By all appearances, Mr. Obama is not a natural born citizen of the US, and maybe not a citizen at all. However, the powers that be SCOTUS, ie, will be hard pressed to put their very lives on the line to oppose the outcome of the election.
    Not to impune his name, though deserving he might be of disdain, SCOTUS judge Kenedy is likely to come down on the side of Obama, even if the four true conservatives on the court come through for the constitution. Obama becoming “usurper” of the Republic lends new legitimacy to those who say “the other guy who won isn’t my president”.

    This should be the first thing that a person is required to do before registering to run for President of this country.

    His name is Hussein, is he ashamed of it? If so, he should have legally changed it before going into politics.

    Obama is and has always been a liar, He took great measurement to assure the Christians he is not muslim but swore on the muslim koran when he took the office of Senate. The man betrayed the very people who believe in him most and criminally defyied our precous Constitution that preserves and defends the very existance of this great Nation.     The Supreme court is the very guardian of our Constitution and must set aside prejudism, lies, and popularity to defend it. There is a reason the sign is a woman holding a scale blindfolded. Obama and all who took part in the greatest deceat in this country’s history should be shot or hung for treason!
