However, the powers that be SCOTUS, ie, will be hard pressed to put their very lives on the line to oppose the outcome of the election. Not to impune his name, though deserving he might be of disdain, SCOTUS judge Kenedy is likely to come down on the side of Obama, even if the four true conservatives on the court come through for the constitution. Obama becoming "usurper" of the Republic lends new legitimacy to those who say "the other guy who won isn't my president".
