Sarah Palin refuses $25,000 pay hike, did you see the story anywhere else?

Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin said she would refuse a $25,000 pay raise during her current term as Alaska governor. The five-member state Officers Compensation Commission, created by the state Legislature, also said legislators needed more money, along with the lieutenant governor and government department heads, the Anchorage Daily News reported. If the commission pushes ahead with a pay raise, Palin will not accept the money, spokesman Bill McAllister said. And of course, at the time of this posting, not a word is mentioned about this anywhere on the liberal mainstream media sites. CNN? Nope. MSNBC? Yea right. ABC, CBS? Not. I’m sure there is still plenty of talk about shoegate and Caroline Kennedy begging for Hillary’s senate seat though. And of course the up to the minute fluffing of Hussein Obama’s cabinet picks. BTW, has anyone seen the corruption story against Bill Richardson mentioned on the aforementioned sites?
