Irony: Tax cheat Tom Daschle 1998 statement about…… Tax cheats!

Lets play Back to the Future today. I mean, its only 6 years until 2015, and the famous movie’s travels between 1985 and 2015 were funny at the time. Except there are no flying cars, hoverboards, and the Cubs will never win the world series. Anyway, this time we will go back to 1998, and someone uttered the following statement.. See if you can guess who it was:

“Make no mistake, tax cheaters cheat us all, and the IRS should enforce our laws to the letter. ”

Incase you don’t remember 11 years ago, the one who made this statement, was none other than current tax cheat Tom Daschle, up for B. Hussein Obama’s Secretary of Health and Human Services. Fast forward to today, Feb 2, 2009. This is the same Tom Daschle who today has to pay another $6000 in taxes, that in addition to the $140,000 in back taxes and interest he paid on Jan. 2

Lets also mention a classic headline in today’s Washington Post regarding Daschle’s tax problems:

Ummm. GLITCH??? Liberals not only raise taxes because they dont pay any, but they are now trying to re-define words too? How long until the new Obama dictionary?
