The Banking Queen wants to cap executive compensation for EVERYONE now, not just those companies who receive bailout money! I got a better idea Barney Frank, how about term limits for Congress(men)? Barney Frank of course will NEVER admit he? did anything wrong, and it was everyone else’s fault (IE: The Republicans).
