And here comes the Obama gun ban: Obama to Seek New Assault Weapons Ban

The Obama administration will seek to reinstate the assault weapons ban that expired in 2004 during the Bush administration, Attorney General Eric Holder said today. Attorney General Mr. Nation of Cowards, Eric Holder said that the Obama administration will seek to reinstitute the assault weapons ban which expired in 2004 during the Bush administration. Wednesday Attorney General Eric Holder said that the Obama administration will seek to reinstitute the assault weapons ban which expired in 2004 during the Bush administration.

“As President Obama indicated during the campaign, there are just a few gun-related changes that we would like to make, and among them would be to reinstitute the ban on the sale of assault weapons,” Holder told reporters. Holder said that putting the ban back in place would not only be a positive move by the United States, it would help cut down on the flow of guns going across the border into Mexico, which is struggling with heavy violence among drug cartels along the border. “I think that will have a positive impact in Mexico, at a minimum.” Holder said at a news conference on the arrest of more than 700 people in a drug enforcement crackdown on Mexican drug cartels operating in the U.S.

Now, lets go back in time to September of 2008. Who uttered this now infamous quote: “If you’ve got a gun in your house, I’m not taking it,’’. None other than the Messiah himself!

    Notice how the “mainstream” news media has failed to point out the following:

    1.Russia, Iraq, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, North Korea, and China…All make variations of the AK-47 rifle. Also, various African countries do too, Egypt for example.

    2.In addition to Chinese made AK’s, their NORINCO company manufatures clones of the AR15/M16/M4 “assault rifles” that actually fire FULL AUTOMATIC (pull and hold the trigger back and it will continously fire).

    3. Canada has had an “assualt weapons ban” guess what? Assault weapons made in countries other than the U.S.A. keep showing up.

    4. Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez purchased Russian made military weapons totalling $3 Billion. Also the fact that over 100,000 Russian made AK-103, an AK-47 variant, is part of that purchase. It is concievable that in an order to undermine the U.S., these AK-103 were smuggled into the U.S. The end result for Hugo Chavez would be Mexico blaming the U.S. for “assault weapons” used in drug cartel border violence.

    5. Russia’s Izhevsk Manufacturing Plant will build two factories in Venezuela to manufacture Kalashnikov rifle-type AK-103 and its ammunition. Both plants will be operational by 2010. How many of these Venzuealan made AK’s will find their way into the hands of drug cartels with the U.S. being blamed for them?

    6.The news media is trying to push their anti-gun agenda by polly-parroting both American and Mexican politicians with the claim that the firearms are coming from the U.S. However the Mexican Government has REFUSED to provide the serial numbers and the country of origin manufacture. I.E. foreign manufactured “assault weapons, not made in the U.S.A., are being brought into Canada, and the U.S. via backdoor channels and smuggled into Mexico.

    7. Only Lou Dobbs, of CNN, and his staff have reported on the “The Governments Assault on your Second Amendment Rights”. Of course he reported and warned about China’s growing military and their desired to have a “blue water” Navy 4 years ago. NBC nightly news just finally reported this earlier this week.

    So much for the “mainstream” news media concern about the U.S. Until their right of free speech is trampled upon they will never care about Second Amendment Rights.
