Obama endorsed Scott Murphy opposes the death penalty for Osama Bin Laden and other terrorists!

As they New York-20 special Congressional election approaches (set for March 31st), and democrats try and hold the seat, beans have been spilled on the “democrat” on the ticket. First, earlier today according to Hotair the Libertarian Party candidate was forced off the ballot due to technical issues with his petitions, Democrat Scott Murphy who is basically neck and neck with Republican Jim Tedisco in the polls apparently doesn’t support the death penalty for terrorists such as Osama Bin Laden. Barack Obama has endorsed Murphy, what a coindence. Here is the video:
