The ‘tired’ excuse again, this time for Hillary Clinton

With all the talk during the election about how ‘old and tired’ John McCain would be, since he’s such an old man, it seems the tired excuse is getting to the new Hussein Obama adminsitration. First it was the ‘tired’ and ‘overwhelmed’ excuse when Obama embarassed the country with the 25 dvds given to Gordon Brown. Now apparently Hillary is tired too. Forget the whole reset button where she couldn’t even translate to Russian correctly. It seems orget the fact that State can’t translate Russian.  Hillary doesn’t understand history. period! Reuters  shows more brilliance from Hillary regarding the European Parliament:

“I have never understood multiparty democracy.

“It is hard enough with two parties to come to any resolution, and I say this very respectfully, because I feel the same way about our own democracy, which has been around a lot longer than European democracy.”

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad gets shoe tossed at him Bush style. Will the media even mention it?

We all know how the media had a field day when someone tossed a shoe at dubya Bush during his last few days in office. Since then, there have been other shoe throwing incidents at leaders that have not been reported. Today comes word from Newsbusters and Haaretz that not only was a shoe thrown at the dirtbag Ajad, but also a hat. Will there be even one mention of this from the media? My bet is NO:

A shoe was recently hurled at Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad while he was in the city of Urmia, an Iranian Web site has reported.

The incident in the Iranian city was an apparent imitation of a similar attack on former U.S. president George Bush in Iraq last year.

Urmia News, the Iranian site, reported that Ahmadinejad was in a car en route to an election rally when the shoe was thrown. Ahmadinejad was traveling to a local stadium where he was meant to deliver a speech ahead of upcoming presidential elections.

According to the report, a hat was also thrown at the Iranian president before his convoy sped away from the scene.

While Obama and his staff smear Rush Limbaugh, the Brits are furious over the treatment of Gordon Brown – but poor Obama is simply “overwhelmed”

Telegraph UK writes a story today that the reason why Obama was so dumb and treated the Gordon Brown family so disrespectfully is simple. Obama is “too tired” from having to deal with the economic meltdown. As the excuses continue to flow, Obama still has no problem having cocktail parties are the White House almost weekly with $100 Wagyu steak, daily bashing of Rush Limbaugh, has no problem sitting court side at a basketball game while he should be running the country, or running off to Canada. Below is a quote from The Telegraph story:

Sources close to the White House say Mr Obama and his staff have been “overwhelmed” by the economic meltdown and have voiced concerns that the new president is not getting enough rest.

British officials, meanwhile, admit that the White House and US State Department staff were utterly bemused by complaints that the Prime Minister should have been granted full-blown press conference and a formal dinner, as has been customary. They concede that Obama aides seemed unfamiliar with the expectations that surround a major visit by a British prime minister.

But Washington figures with access to Mr Obama’s inner circle explained the slight by saying that those high up in the administration have had little time to deal with international matters, let alone the diplomatic niceties of the special relationship.

Obama the turkey to visit Turkey

As the muslim faith bubbles over in Hussein Obama’s bloodstream, Billary Clinton today announced that Hussein Obama will be visiting the muslim country in April.

Hussein Obama would consider reaching to the Taliban!

Or is it “Tall-EE-BAHN” now? According to ABC:

In an interview with the New York Times, the president suggested his administration would consider reaching out to moderate elements of the Taliban. A similar approach has been used successfully by the U.S. military in Iraq, although the president cautioned that the situation in Afghanistan is “more complex.”

Excuse me while i go throw up.

Tired of the White House’s constant parties? You aren’t alone. White House nightlife under investigation

As Hussein Obama continues to whoop it up at the White House with Mrs. Barearms, Joe Biden, and the rest, World Net Daily reports that Hussein’s nightlife is now under investigation:

An organization that serves as a watchdog on the U.S. government for American taxpayers has launched a campaign to uncover exactly how much tax money is being spent on parties at the Obama White House.

The president has shown a penchant for lavish galas, such as the huge assembly orchestrated in Denver when he accepted his party’s nomination for president – an outdoor gathering for some 75,000 featuring a stage with Greek columns. He also held a multimillion-dollar victory celebration in Chicago, and his fancy inauguration cost an estimated $170 million, according to ABC News.

Now, Larry Klayman, founder of Freedom Watch, told WND today he’s seeking information about the partying in the White House since the Obamas moved in.

Tea Party USA – tax payer revolts in Green Bay, Lafayette, Olathe, and even Fullerton CA

Michelle Malkin has highlights of today’s tax payer revolts, that even hit Southern California. And considering Southern California is always so laid back (and usually liberal wasteland), the fact that the tea party in Fullerton drew 15,000 is very telling.

The Messiah and his stimulus apparently not working yet – USA at its highest jobless rate in 26 years

While the Obama White House continue to worry about Rush Limbaugh, as Robert Gibbs continue to Uh… Ummm. Uhh his way through daily briefings to trash on Limbaugh, as the bills that continue to get stuffed with more and more pork, Hussein Obama’s porkulus err stimulus bill isn’t really doing much of anything yet (oh wait, are we in 2011 yet?). Unemployment jumped a half percentage point from 7.6% to 8.1% as over 650,000 jobs were lost in February. I also noticed a comment at the Hotair story above, linking to this posted called Bush, Pelosi, Reid and the Dow maybe you’ll find it interesting too:

January, 2001 – Dow 11,722.98 New record high for the Dow as President Bush takes office.

September 11, 2001 – The Dow falls to 8920.70 after the 9-11 terrorist attacks.

July 19, 2007 – The Dow hits 14,000.41, the first time in history the Dow has reached this high. So far during President Bush’s term in office, despite having suffered the worst terrorist attack in the history of the world, the Dow has gained 2277.43 points during what Democrats call a bad economy.

January 3, 2008 – The Dow is at 13,056.72. The Democrats have been in control of Congress for one year and during that time they managed to take a growing stock market that had enjoyed an all time high and bring it down by 943.69.

January 20, 2009 – The Dow is down to 8519.77. Obama is sworn in as the President and the Dow is now 400.93 points LOWER than it was on September 11th!

March 4, 2009 DJIA is at 6,875.84, that’s 7166 points lost since Democrats took back the House and Senate.

Wow! Even The View’s Whoopi Goldberg is “Going Galt”

I would assume Obama licker Whoopie Goldberg is considered in the “rich” category, so her taxes will be skyrocketing. Yet until today, she would praise Obama at any chance she would get with the other hags on The View like Joy Behar and Barbara Walters. Today however, now that reality is setting in, and she is inline for these tax hikes, Whoopie goes galt (watch the video at the 3:30 point):

Guess who got money from Bernie Madoff? Schmucky Schumer and Hillary Clinton ring a bell?

Check out who received “donations” from Bernie Madoff whos $50 billion Ponzi scheme is the biggest purported fraud in history, according to the NY Post:

Fox 5 New York reported last night that Sen. Charles Schumer tops the donor list of Madoff and his family, at $29,300. Schumer’s office said it had donated $8,000 of the stash to police and fire endowments.

Others who got donations from Madoff or his family were Democratic NJ Sen. Frank Lautenberg, who got $11,600; Hillary Rodham Clinton, who got nearly $9,000 for her Senate and presidential campaigns; disgraced former Republican Rep. Vito Fossella and Democratic Rep. Carolyn Maloney, who both collected $3,000; and Democratic Rep. Charles Rangel, who received $2,000.

Court rejects Franken bid to be seated in Senate

Good news from Breitbart and Michelle Malkin:

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) – The Minnesota Supreme Court has rejected Democrat Al Franken’s petition for an election certificate that would put him in the U.S. Senate without waiting for a lawsuit to be resolved.

Franken is ahead of Republican Norm Coleman by 225 votes. Coleman’s ongoing lawsuit argues some uncounted absentee ballots were wrongly rejected.

Franken sued to force Gov. Tim Pawlenty and Secretary of State Mark Ritchie to sign an election certificate. Franken argued that federal law required it.

But the state Supreme Court disagreed. In their ruling Friday, the justices said states aren’t required to issue such certificates by the date that Congress convenes.

THIS IS A BREAKING NEWS UPDATE. Check back soon for further information. AP’s earlier story is below.

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP)—Attorneys for Norm Coleman are arguing that their legal case is still valid and that about 1,725 rejected absentee ballots should be opened and counted.

The court papers filed Friday respond to an effort by Al Franken’s attorneys to dismiss Coleman’s lawsuit challenging the Minnesota Senate recount.

Franken’s attorneys argue Coleman has failed to meet his burden of proof that in the case. He is trying to overcome Franken’s 225-vote lead.

Coleman’s attorneys say documents and testimony show the court should count certain votes.

As lawmakers struggled over an omnibus, Congress passes a temporary spending measure to keep the government open through Wednesday

As the left wing moonbats continue to kick and whine and can’t get their way because even some Democrats can’t stomach a bill with 9000+ earmarks, including pig odor research, Congress passes a temporary “SPENDING” measure [from the Washington Times]:

Congress Friday passed a temporary spending measure to keep the government open through Wednesday as lawmakers struggled over an omnibus appropriations bill for the remainder of the fiscal year.

The House passed the bill by a 328-50 vote; the Senate acted by unanimous voice vote. President Barack Obama was slated to sign the measure later Friday.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Nevada Democrat, said the chamber would continue to work through a large number of proposed amendments to the $410 billion spending package, with hopes of wrapping up work by Monday or Tuesday. Mr. Reid acknowledged Thursday night he was one vote short of the 60 he needs to cut off debate and allow a final roll-call vote.

On a related note, at least the homeless in DC have cellphones to take pictures of Mrs. America Hater!

The hypocrisy of hope – Obama telling Americas to cut back, while he parties it up at the White House

Michelle Malkin’s syndicated column today the hypocrisy of the government telling all Americans how they need to ‘cut back’, which they obviously have had to do since Hussein Obama’s destruction of the economy since his reign of terror began on January 20th. While the White House and Obama preaches to the American people to “cut back”, the same Obama continue dining on $100 wagyu steak, have “parties” with bands like “Earth Wind and Fire”, or Stevie Wonder, and sitting courtside at NBA basketball games. But hey, at least the media is going gaga over his wive’s bareless arms!

D. L. Hughley ends show after backlash from RNC ‘Nazi Germany’ remark

Whoever this gangbanger looking freakshow is/was, he has “decided” to end his show after backlash from stating that the Republican National Convention “literally look[s] like Nazi Germany,” According to NewsBusters, both Entertainment Weekly and the TVNewser blog gave the official CNN statement on the matter:

“D.L. approached CNN about being permanently based in Los Angeles, where his family lives. To accommodate this, we agreed upon a new role where he will be a contributor for the network based in Los Angeles. We are eager to continue our relationship with D.L., who is a tremendous talent and a valued colleague.”

Despite the end of his program, Hughley will still have a secure role on CNN to bash conservatives.

Another tax cheat Tim Geithner failure – choice for deputy withdraws

HAHA! Spending Bill vote called off, it seriously lack democrat support!

Late breaking, and encouraging news from TheHill!

Senate Democratic leaders called off a vote to end debate on the $410 billion omnibus spending bill Thursday night after they realized they lacked the votes to push it to passage.

Two Democrats, Sens. Russ Feingold (Wis.) and Evan Bayh (Ind.), pledged to vote against the measure earlier in the week.
A stopgap measure funding the federal government is set to expire at midnight Friday. Senate leaders are awaiting a continuing resolution from the House to keep government in operation.

Republicans refused to acquiesce to a final vote on the omnibus Thursday, demanding more time to vote on amendments to alter the package.
Republicans fell short on an effort earlier in the day to strip a policy rider that would have halted a reversal of a Bush-era rules change that would have exempted power plants from carbon emissions restrictions intended to preserve polar bear habitat.
The Senate is done voting for the week. A new stopgap spending measure to keep federal departments and agencies in operation is expected to receive a voice vote.

Obama’s safety net – his teleprompter – still can’t break that addiction either

People who have seen this video already know how lost Obama is without his teleprompter, so it should come as no big surprise in this Politico article that Obama still doesn’t go anywhere without his TelePrompter.

The textbook-sized panes of glass holding the president’s prepared remarks follow him wherever he speaks.

Resting on top of a tall, narrow pole, they flank his podium during speeches in the White House’s stately parlors. They stood next to him on the floor of a manufacturing plant in Indiana as he pitched his economic stimulus plan. They traveled to the Department of Transportation this week and were in the Capitol Rotunda last month when he paid tribute to Abraham Lincoln in six-minute prepared remarks.

Obama’s reliance on the teleprompter is unusual — not only because he is famous for his oratory, but because no other president has used one so consistently and at so many events, large and small.

The democrats still have nothing better to do. On to their next project: The Anti-Rush Limbaugh billboard for West Palm Beach, Florida

Send Rush a message! Democrats.org latest smear project is a new page where users can submit slogans, and the winner will have his or her submission appear on a billboard in Rush Limbaugh’s hometown of West Palm Beach, Florida — and receive a free T-shirt featuring the winning slogan! Wow! A free tshirt! Never mind that the stock market yet again tumbled today, lets make Rush Limbaugh smearing billboards! Michelle Malkin has the complete e-mail sent out by Jen O’Malley Dillon. Keep sending the DNC your money democrats!

So much for the “Sexiest Man Alive” Sanjay Gupta being Obama’s Surgeon General

“Sexiest Man Alive” Sanjay Gupta wouldn’t be taking the Obama Surgeon General position after all. The so called reason for this according to Wapo

Sources said Gupta told CNN executives that he wanted to devote more time to his medical practice and to his duties at the network.

Steve Obama Urkel – Did I do that to the economy?

One of Michelle Malkin’s tweeters, @thediamondguy submitted a perfect picture of how clueless Obama is with the economy:
