Not only does congress not bother reading bills before signing them…..

Its not only limited to congress. In Oregon, state who has a mayor of a major city (Portland) who admitted to having gay sexual relations with a teenager they don’t read their bills either. Oregon Democrats found one economist to attack a GOP recovery plan, only after admitting he didn’t bother to look at the GOP bill before testifying against it.
