The Congressional Black Caucus loves Fidel Castro! To Bobby Rush Castro is the ultimate survivor

Key members of the Congressional Black Caucus are calling for an end to U.S. prohibition on travel to Cuba, just hours after a meeting with former Cuban president Fidel Castro in Havana. From Politico:

“The fifty-year embargo just hasn’t worked,” CBC Chairwoman Barbara Lee (D-Ca.) told reporters this evening at a Capitol press conference after returning from a congressional delegation visit to Cuba. “The bottom line is that we believe its time to open dialogue with Cuba.”

Lee and others heaped praise on Castro, calling him warm and receptive during their discussion. But the lawmakers disputed Castro’s later statement that members of the congressional delegation said American society is still racist.

“It was quite a moment to behold,” Lee said, recalling her moments with Castro.

“It was almost like listening to an old friend,” said Rep. Bobby Rush (D-Il.), adding that he found Castro’s home to be modest and Castro’s wife to be particularly hospitable.

“In my household I told Castro he is known as the ultimate survivor,” Rush said.

Congressional Black Caucus, are they even necessary or were they ever necessary, what a bunch of buffoons. It scares me to think how mentally challenged some voters are who actually vote for these people. I get the same feeling when I hear some of their comments as when O.J. Simpson was found not guilty and black people were cheering the verdict, really really sad that they think and feel like that.
Somebody has to remind me what Cuba has to offer the USA besides cigars.

The Congresspersons who went to Cuba as members of the Progressive Democratic Party as well as the Democratic Party. The difference? Check it out on line but it seems that one is socialist and one is not. One calls for the redistribution of wealth and the other protects an individual’s rights to earn a living working for someone or owning an individual business. I don’t think the words of Socialists can be expected to judge the life style of Cubans. Blinders on?

I also am worried that our financial system is in danger from Progressive Democratic members Waters, Waxman, & Frank. Go to the site to see the names of those who wear 2 hats in their duty to serve and protect the American Constitution. I don’t think they can honestly do it with integrity.

If they put America first, then they would have listened to Bush’s first warning in 2001 and started to set up regulations about giving mortgages to those who couldn’t afford them – or Bush back in 2001 – or Greenspan – or McCain. Waters bragged how wonderful Mr Raines was in keeping Fannie and Freddie giving homes so that everyone could have their dream home.

The blame for the fiasco we now face lies with them and with George Soros and the millions he poured into the Democratic Party, MoveOn.org, MediMatters, plus at least 30 other anti American, antiCapitalism, anti-Bush funds. Remember that he earned @ 1 billion plus during these recent bad time.

Bless You Tube. You don’t – and shouldn’t – believe what I write since you have the way to see for yourself. Of course – those who are practicing Saul Alinsky’s 10 Rules for Radicals are doing okay on the “ridicule” rule.

Let’s get serious, however, and start to be patriotic and do what is best for America, your families and your future children. Every 1 and 2 year old today will be paying for these big bills for the rest of their lives. How can you destroy their lives? Have you no shame? Someone with Rahm’s playbook will certainly attack how I have presented this info rather than the substance of info included. You can’t attack what is true – well, you can if you call a bow in front of the Saudi King not a bow. There are copious numbers of videos to look at and each one clearly shows his lift hand by his left knee, his right foot raised and his head down to the King’s belt. Obama only nodded – slightly – to the Queen.
