Now the swine flu is all the GOP’s fault – David Obey blames the GOP (even though Shmucky Schumer opposed funding also!)

What a shock! This whole swine flu outbreak is all the GOP’s fault! Since every House Republicans opposed the porkulus, which included funding for pandemic preparations, it’s all their fault! But wait, theres more! Charles Schumky Schumer had this quote (from the New York Post):

“All those little porky things that the House put in, the money for the [National] Mall or the sexually transmitted diseases or the flu pandemic, they’re all out,” Schumer said.

    What’s even more fun is in 2007, President Bush proposed, and Congress passed, funding for pandemic flu prevention. It passed even though Nancy Pelosi and David Obey OPPOSED it.
