Dr. George Tiller was shot and killed Sunday morning while he was serving as an usher at a church in Wichita, Kan. The White House released a statement from the president Sunday evening.
Obama says violence is not the answer to resolve differing opinions on abortion and said the shooting is a murder. Tiller was one of the nation’s few providers of late-term abortions. He was the object of decades of protests and attacks.
So who is Obama going to blame for Tiller’s murder… Bush or Limbaugh? Maybe Cheney or Ann Coulter?

Another carbon footprint (albeit a small one), another couple hundred thousands of dollars of tax payer money wasted for a little “dinner date” and broadshow for Obama and his witch wife in New York on Saturday. How much exactly is the cost? For some reason, the White House refuses to release the details.. Hmmm… Wheres the transparency Hussein… err I mean Obama (sorry Bill O’Reilly).

The Obama administration asked the U.S. Supreme Court Friday to reject a request for a hearing from 17 Chinese Muslims currently being held at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, arguing they have no right to come to America despite a district judge’s orders last Fall that they immediately be brought to the U.S. and released.
“Petitioners are free to return to their home country, but they understandably do not wish to do so, because they fear inhumane treatment there,” reads the filing, signed by US Solicitor General Elena Kagan, Assistant Attorney General Tony West, and other Justice Department officials. “Petitioners are also free to go to any other country that is willing to accept them.”

The next day, after getting slammed on Hotair.com and by its commenter’s. Oreilly gave some half-ass apology for the rant. Later, O’reilly started bragging about his interview with ACORN CEO Bertha Lewis, which turned out to be nothing more than a softball, MSNBC style interview of a democrat. That prompted Patterico to sign up at O’reilly’s site for “Premium membership”, which costs $5 per month to see exactly how well BIll O’reilly and/or his moderators police their comments section. Once Patterico discovered such wonderful comments such as “NO MARRIAGE FOR HOMOS” and “Mary Cheney marrying a goat”! they decided to expose this and post it on their site. I mean certainly, these types of comments are no where as hideous or as terrible as calling Obama “HUSSEIN” right?. Well, not really. The next day Patterico returns to Oreilly’s site to find this:

Obama and thug politics are nothing new. Neither is censorship for those who disagree with liberals. Thats why you should check out what Mark Tapscott writes in his Washington Examiner article today:
A new White House policy on permissible lobbying on economic recovery and stimulus projects has taken a decidedly anti-First Amendment turn. It’s a classic illustration of Big Government trying to control every aspect of a particular activity and in the process running up against civil liberty.

Obama’s Brand of Justice
It’s becoming increasingly clear that Obama is not like the rest of us. He is not a man burdened with a conscience or even a sense of right and wrong. He has instead an inflated sense of self-importance and an agenda that will destroy our country. And he will pursue it so matter what, often by paying off corrupt political debts and alliances. Case in point: Yesterday Obama’s Justice Department dropped charges against some Black Panther thugs who were caught on videotape intimidating voters during the last election.
The charges were dropped by the people who are supposed to be protecting us. It didn’t matter that the acts were caught on videotape and one of the witnesses to the event was a prominent 1960s civil rights activist described it as “the most blatant form of voter intimidation” he had seen, even during the voting rights crisis in Mississippi a half-century ago.
Most Americans would call something this egregious absolutely outrageous. But Obama’s minions are busily making whatever this evil man wants seem perfectly rational. When will enough NORMAL AMERICANS wake up and do something? Our country and our best traditions are being stolen.

Mandatory ‘gay’ day for K-5 students
Where else besides California? When I was 5 in 1977, nothing like this would even be remotely thought of, let alone considered and imposed. The times, they are A CHANGING I guess. According to World Net Daily, a California school district has approved a mandatory homosexual curriculum for children as young as 5 – and parents will not be allowed to remove their children from the lessons. The mandatory program, officially titled “LGBT Lesson #9,” was approved May 26 by the Alameda County Board of Education by a vote of 3-2. Students from kindergarten through fifth grade will learn about “tolerance” for the homosexual lifestyle beginning next year.
The curriculum is in addition to the school’s current anti-bullying program and is estimated to cost $8,000 for curriculum and training.
Parents will not be given an opportunity to opt-out of lessons that go against their religious beliefs. Some parents are threatening to sue the school board and mount a recall. Opponents presented a petition with 468 signatures from people who don’t want the homosexual lessons in the curriculum.
Decals on his vehicle supporting the Marine Corps no longer allowed
Frank Larison who is a disabled veteran who served this country for more than 14 years, which includes Vietnam is now 58 years old. And now he finds himself under attack by his Dallas homeowners association for displaying seven decals on his vehicle supporting the Marine Corps. The Dallas homeowners association board says the decals are an “advertisements” that violate HOA rules, and must be covered or removed. I wonder if decals with “Praise Allah”, or “Viva Mexico”, or “Obama” are allowed by the HOA?

The Obama Administration made GM’s bondholders an offer they couldn’t refuse this week, and a group representing some of the largest institutional investors took the offer. The alternative, as GM made clear in an SEC filing, was for the Treasury to wipe them out in GM’s now-inevitable bankruptcy. Under the terms of the Treasury’s offer, GM bondholders will receive 10% of the company’s stock in exchange for their $27 billion in bonds, plus warrants to buy an additional 15% stake in seven to 10 years.
That’s an improvement on the government’s earlier offer, but it’s a far cry from what the Administration offered the United Automobile Workers for their $20 billion in claims. Assuming the UAW ratifies a new labor agreement, which its locals were voting on Thursday, the union’s retiree benefit trust will receive $10 billion in cash, $6.5 billion in preferred stock paying a 9% dividend, $2.5 billion in debt, 17.5% of the new company and warrants to buy another 2.5% in five years, albeit at a steep price. In exchange, the UAW will accept more flexibility in work rules, and retirees will have to give up prescription-drug coverage for their Viagra and Cialis. Seriously.

-The first is a Chicago-based publicist named Linda Shafran whose clients include the Jerry Springer and Steve Wilkos shows, in addition to Erich “Mancow” Muller. In describing Shafran our tipster added:
“Linda Shafran is Springer’s current publicist until the show starts shooting in CT. Since Springer is her primary source of income, she’s now trying to help promote Mancow nationally as a shock jock alternative to Howard Stern.”
-The second person involved in this is a man named David Kupcinet. He runs a Chicago-based foundation for veterans called Kup’s Purple Heart Foundation. He is the grandson of Irv Kupcinet, a somewhat legendary Chicago gossip columnist who wrote a column for the Chicago Sun Times for over 60 years. At the behest of a friend, Linda Shafran contacted Kupcinet on Thursday hoping that his relationships with Chicago-area veterans and military personnel could help her find a replacement waterboarder.
-The third person involved here, to a much lesser degree, is another Chicago-based publicist named Kathy Posner. According to our tipster, Posner is Jerry Springer’s former flack and a friend of both Linda Shafran and Erich “Mancow” Muller. According to one of the emails we were forwarded, it was Posner who suggested that Shafran contact David Kupcinet to find a replacement waterboarder.
This idiot they call “mancow” whom i’ve never heard of before this whole torture fiasco has now been on Olberman twice, the latest was to try and clear his name as Olberman begged and pleaded with “Mancow” to admit this was real. “Mancow” proves yet again, how full of losers and dirtbags Chicago is.

Brenda Lee writer for Georgia Informer forcibly removed from area near AF1
A reporter named Brenda Lee, a writer for the Georgia Informer was forcibly removed from a press area near Air Force One shortly before Obama arrived at Los Angeles International Airport to depart California early Thursday. Brenda Lee said in a telephone interview with The AP that she wanted to hand Obama a letter urging him “to take a stand for traditional marriage.” Brenda Lee said she asked a Secret Service agent to give the president her letter, but he refused and referred her to a White House staffer. Lee said she refused to give the staffer the letter. Calls to the White House press office were not immediately returned. Welcome to the world for those who don’t cowtail to Obama.
