George Soros hit “hard” for gross campaign finance violations in California. Can the billionaire afford such a fine?

Left wing loon, creator of such sites MoveOn and Think Progress, George Soros has agreed to pay a WHOPPING $8,000 in fines to California’s ethics watchdog agency for failing to properly disclose $500,000 in contributions he made to support a state ballot measure that would have curtailed the use of three-strikes sentencing laws against criminals. Being that Soros is a billionaire, do you really think the old guy can afford such a hefty fine?
