		<description>I&#039;m not missing living in CA, that&#039;s for sure.  It&#039;s going to take a lot of negotiation and a lot of courage to make sense of the budget, and I&#039;m not sure that California politicians have a lot of skill in the former or any of the latter.  I wish them luck, though.  As a high-tech guy, I&#039;d hate to see all the good workers flee and take the sector with them.</description>
