Sonia Sotomayor – Racist and Sexist hispanic picked by Obama to replace David Souter for SCOTUS

Why its none other than Sonia Sotomayor, the racist and sexist pick to replace David Souter for judge of the SCOTUS. Thats just the start of it, showing she is a perfect fit for Obama. Michelle Malkin also has more info on Sotomayor:

“Judge Sotomayor’s nomination to the Supreme Court would be very concerning given her hard-left record on the Court of Appeals, where she is recognized by practitioners as one of the more liberal judges.

-Judge Sotomayor’s personal views may cloud her jurisprudence. As Judge Sotomayor explained in a 2002 speech at Berkeley, she believes it is appropriate for a judge to consider their “experiences as women and people of color” in their decisionmaking, which she believes should “affect our decisions.”

-Only just recently, in Ricci v. DeStefano, Judge Sotomayor was chastised by fellow Clinton-appointee Jose Cabranes for going to extraordinary lengths to dispense with claims of unfair treatment raised by firefighters. Judge Sotomayor’s panel heard a case raising important questions under Title VII and equal protection law, but attempted to dispose of the firefighter’s arguments in a summary order, until called out by Judge Cabranes. The Supreme Court has agreed to review the case.

-Substantial questions also persist regarding Judge Sotomayor’s temperament and disposition to be a Supreme Court justice. Lawyers who have appeared before her have described her as a “bully” who “does not have a very good temperament,” and who “abuses lawyers” with “inappropriate outbursts.”

Now, will Republicans have the balls to fillibuster this nomination? On Fox and Friends this morning, Democrat Senator Claire McCaskill of Missouri said: Sonia Sotomayor’s “American experience” of “overcoming incredible odds” makes her “incredibly qualified” to serve on the Supreme Court.

Apparently McCaskill either forgot about, or was simply clueless and unaware of Sotomayor’s racist and sexist statement:

Ummm. uhhh.. Umm Robert Gibbs is now threatening anyone who criticizes Sotomayor.

The GOP will likely roll over for Sonia Sotomayor, the racist/sexist.

I am so set back on President Obama’s (wow my spell check is saying Obama’s name is not in the dictionary) Any way on to what has just got under my skin. I thought that as was the case with Joe the Plumber that Obama was going to take from the really rich and give to the poor then when that is not enough take from the not really rich (me) and give to the poor because they don’t know no better and can’t make it on their own in the most wonderful country in the world. If this is the case then why is he (Obama) so enthralled with his pick for Supreme Court Justice. She was poor with juvenile diabetes and rose to the status of Circuit Court Judge. How come according to Obama did she just not stay down with all the others looking for a hand out how come she came up and if she can why can all the others he wants to support with my money can’t also rise up. What does he think only so many have half of a brain and those can come up. I did I raised my two children went to school got a job and worked hard to get my degree and now at age 56 I am working on my Masters. I just don’t get why some can get credit for making it while others are not worthy. He is double speaking as always.

I don’t support her, but what she said was not “racist” in the strict sense of the term. She was not proposing a genetic superiority of Hispanics. She was talking about CULTURE, not race. The appropriateness of that comment can still be judged, of course. However, the comment was certainly sexist.
