How many Czars does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

Preferably one of those “green one”.  With Obama’s admin now having more “czars” than Russia has had combined in their entire existance, why not add another? The Cyber Security Czar.

It’s now clear this cyber threat is one of the most serious economic and national security challenges we face as a nation. We’re not as prepared as we should be, as a government or as a country.
