Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger – declares California Fiscal state of emergency

Government corruption and bad liberal government has fine done in California, as of today, July 1st, California is bankrupt, state plans to issue “IOUs”. Will the banks even honor these IOUs? I sure hope not.
