Sarah Palin resigning as Governor of Alaska now too? From KTVA:

Sarah Palin announced that she would not seek a second term as governor. The governor continued saying in a few weeks she would resign the governorship.

Todd Palin confirms Sarah Palin stepping down as governor in a couple of weeks (Per Fox News).

Lt Gov. Sean Parnell will be sworn in as Gov of Alaska July 26th.
