Obama vs Obama on stimulus

Obama changes course on the stimulus. Where are the jobs? House Republicans put this video out of Hussein contradicting himself on the Porkulus bill. My question is, what took so long for this video to be created?

Oh wait. NOW I get it! The porkulus bill wasn’t meant to “stimulate” the economy at all, but rather “stabilize” it..
