RIP Walter Cronkite dead at 92

No, I’m not going to get into the whole I liked Cronkite, or I didn’t. The main reason for this post is that its as Hotair says, a basic human sympathy thing. Compared to the “journalists” of today, while Cronkite was a liberal, he never let it show (aside from Vietnam) and affect in his reporting like the piles of trash of today. On the other hand, Cronkite’s death will probably turn the news coverage into Michael Jackson light for the next week, Fox News already wiped out Hannity and O’Reilly tonight because of this. So unless you are into the whole 24/7 news cycle thing of an “icon” I suggest you get your Netflix account up and running for the next week or so.
