Botox face Nancy Pelosi appeared at a Denver health care clinic earlier today, where 200+ anti-ObamaCARE aka, astroturfers, nazis with swastikas, etc were there to greet her. Looking at the Left has some great photos of the event, including the 5 or so PRO-ObamaCARE protestors who later arrived on the scene.
