Let them know that, contrary to what their officer thinks, this is STILL America, the Constitution has not yet been scrapped, the First Amendment still applies, and their oath requires that they respect the right to free speech of all Americans, even when the officer does not like the speech. The First Amendment does not just protect speech the officer on the scene agrees with, and he is not free to implement his own mini-constitutional suspension zone.

What amazed me most was towards the ending of this video where Officer Cheeks said, “It ain’t no more.” Here I thought the people in America were in denial of what’s really going on with our new administration. I was wrong. They know what’s going on and they are going along with it. Perhaps it’s a lack of education or first-hand experience about what it is like to be a free country and what a tyrannical country is like. Something is surely lacking with people today. Are these people delusional? Do they think freedom is passe and the new thing is no freedom? No freedom to speak what they think and feel, no freedom to live where they want, no freedom to get the education they want, to work the type of job they want, to go where they want? I’m sorry to say this but I’m sure Martin Luther King, Jr. did not mean for the U.S. to go in this direction. Dr. King was fighting for equality, freedom, and justice for all. Obama is taking the world backwards and he’s dragging people down. People need to pick themselves up–blacks included– work together to form a more perfect place. Anything less than a free and democratic (at least what democratic used to mean) society is stepping backwards in time to when the world was a horrific place live because of suppression.

Cheeks obviously doesn’t read his constitution. Wonder if he falsified his report, too, ala Crowley. Seems like there is a rush on cops being fascist in this country.

Exchange Officer Cheeks’ blue uniform for a white jacket and put him at patient registration desk of a hospital and you have a perfect picture of Obama Healthcare in action.

Please correct this – HE IS NOT A POLICE OFFICER – HE IS A SCHOOL SECURITY GUARD – the majority of police in this country are conservatives – including myself!
