57% Would Like to Replace Entire Congress according to Rasmussen and Obama hits his highest strongly disapproval rating to date

Only 57%? Whats the matter with you people? (Just kidding). A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 57% would vote to replace the entire Congress and start all over again.
