Ed Schultz says Jesus would pass healtcare

MSDNC’s Bob Beckel clone Ed Schultz (btw, isn’t that a Jewish last name?) is getting so desperate, not only for ratings but also to get the governement option passed on ObamaCARE, he is now injecting Jesus into the debate. From NewsBusters:

Schultz, on his Sept. 2 MSNBC program, “The ED Show” told viewers he believed Jesus would vote for a government public option. That, he said, was to the dismay of some on religious right, or what he used the pejorative “Bible thumpers” to describe.

“Now, I have been referring to the health care reform deal as the real moral issue of our time,” Schultz said. “I believe Jesus would vote yes for a public option, but some Bible thumpers don’t see me eye to eye on this one.”

I’m sick of unbelievers who use comments from the Bible. No, Jesus would not. He would expect that you would give to the poor, but he wouldn’t expect the government to take your money and “redistribute” it to the poor. We’ve already learned the “redistribution” crap from social security. Spend it on everything but where it should go! Where’s mine? Spent by irresponsible politicians!

Jesus would not pass health care. He would not need to. He would heal the sick people. Ed must be an athiest.

Why would Jesus care about National Health Care? He was a faith healer. From what I have read, his patience never had to do a follow-up visited or get a prescription.
