Charisse Carney-Nunes – Obama classmate at Harvard behind the “school kids taught to praise obama” video
Earlier i posted a video of indoctrinating young school kids as school kids taught to praise Obama video. Now we know who is behind it. Her name is Charisse Carney-Nunes and she was a classmate of Obama at Harvard Law-School. The video is commented by the original poster with this: “Fathers day tribute to President Obama!! Children sing!” Charisse Carney-Nunes is also employed by BrandNewWords is a publishing company employing Carney-Nunes who also wrote the children’s book “I Am Barack Obama.”
According to this post at the Hannity forums, Charisse Carney-Nunes is the Senior VP of Programs for far-left organization The James Town Project.
Overview
Children Do Democracy Too is an outgrowth of our Doing Democracy work. The purpose of the initiative is to equip children with the knowledge and tools necessary to meaningfully participate in civil society and democracy. The central question we seek to answer is, “How do we instill the values of citizenship and active participation into the youngest, and in many ways the most important, members of our democracy?”
The Jamestown Project released A Children’s Curriculum for Civic Engagement in the Fall of 2008 as part of this initiative. The curriculum is based on our book I DREAM FOR YOU A WORLD: A COVENANT FOR OUR CHILDREN.
The Curriculum adapts the concepts from the book into lessons and activities to promote civic engagement to elementary aged children. Grades 3 – 5 are the optimal age for children to not only understand their place in the world, but also a time to begin to comprehend their power and potential to make a difference in their own lives, their family, their communities, and their country.

If you look at MSNBC today (11 October 2009), you’ll see an article about how Charisse Carney-Nunes had NOTHING to do with this song, but was merely present at the school in question when it was performed.

Sorry I didn’t get to finish my comment.Charisse Carney-Nunes was PRESENT at the school in question and a person with her recorded it and I believe it was posted on her website which was later removed. BUT not before it was posted on YouTube. She and her representatives caused this overblown situation. THE most important thing was the video taping of the children’s images and posting them without their parents permission. In this Ms.Charisse Carney-Nunes should know better.
