From Yahoo: California authorities say a clash between opponents and supporters of health care reform ended with one man biting off another man’s finger. Ventura County Sheriff’s Capt. Frank O’Hanlon says about 100 people demonstrating in favor of health care reforms rallied Wednesday night on a street corner. One protester walked across the street to confront about 25 counter-demonstrators. O’Hanlon says the man got into an argument and fist fight, during which he bit off the left pinky of a 65-year-old man who opposed health care reform.

Remember the “Woods Fund”? You know the the group that had the likes of Rashid Khalidi, terrorist Bill Ayers, and of course Hussein Obama himself before becoming president? Obama served on the Board of Directors of the Woods Fund when the foundation was making huge grants to ACORN and Jeremiah Wright’s Trintiy church. Well, now millions in taxpayer money is going to this group to fund “census awareness”. Otherwise “Progressive Friendly” groups will receive money under the “Count me In” will receive grants to 26 groups for census outreach in 37 traditionally undercounted Chicago neighborhoods and cities around Illinois.

As the “Tea Party Express” rolls from Sacramento to Washington DC (on September 12th), Temple of Mut has photos and info on the begining of the Tea Party Express in Sacramento. They make note of the extremely diverse crowd that was present. They had a large number of Hispanic Americans, and quite a few from other ethnic backgrounds, too. One of the most impassioned speeches given was Piedad Ayala, who did it partly in Spanish. You will note the respect he was given by this audience. There were also some hilarious signs. One of the more interesting things to note is that ACORN and SEIU were targets of mocking and derision. Everybody recognizes which side of the argument is being “staged” and they were mocking the mockers — rendering the extremist Alinksy tactics useless.

Looks like people may have been a bit ticked off over the weekend with Obama and the rest of the cronies at the Ted Kennedy funeral, using it as a ObamaCare infomercial with grandkids, pastors, etc. Since Friday, August 28th, 2009, Hussein Obama has lost 5% of his approval rating on the latest Rasmussen daily presidential tracking poll. On Friday it stood at 50%. Today, it stands at an all time low of 45%. During that same short period, his DISAPPROVAL rating has gone from 49% to a new high of 53%.
