Another epic liberal failure: Micheal Moore’s Capitalism A Love Story tanks at the box office

The stench of epic liberal failures continues. You would never get this info from the fringe media, but you can get this from a blog by Steve Mason who happends to be a sportscaster out in here Los Angeles. Read it and weep libs:

The biggest disappointment of the weekend is Michael Moore’s Capitalism: A Love Story (Overture). After a $57K per theatre average on 4 screens last weekend, the picture broke to a wider 962 locations with terrible results. The “documentary” only sold an estimated $1.3M in tickets to start the weekend, and it will finish at about $3.9M for a PTA of less than $4,000. That soft opening will almost certainly make Capitalism Moore’s weakest-grossing movie since 2002’s Bowling for Columbine ($21.5M domestic gross).

Any documentary is going to tank in the theaters. They do much better in DVD release. Partisanship has nothing to do with poor ticket sales.

Really? You still consider his work documentary??

The question is how much money will eventually end up in his pocket regardless of his movie tanking. Hmmm…if he is against capitalism, is he also against paying taxes or does he belong to the Charlie Rangel club of non-taxpayers and cheats?
