Yet when you take the high ground you should have a reason for being there. I am now convinced that there is no politician who does not have a skeleton in the closet. That there is no politician who does not pander to his constituents. That there is no politician who will risk voting against pork in their own district. Once elected you do everything, and anything, to be reelected. Give me a name, I'll find the dirt. Hmmm... could even Jesus be elected today... He did create havoc in a marketplace, disrupting free enterprise; and showing blatant disrespect for proper authority and custom. At least that's how contemporary media would play it.
