Another White House Fox News whiner – Valerie Jarrett (then cowardly backtracks)

Yep. Another day, another White House whiner about Fox News. This time its Valerie Jarrett. Jarrett, speaking from the Women’s Conference in California and who is a senior White House adviser told CNN’s Campbell Brown that the Fox News “Well, of course they’re biased. Of course they are.” Brown, who like most CNN shows is dead last in all of a cable news ratings actually followed up by asking Jarrett if she thinks MSNBC is biased. Jarrett quickly downplayed her original remark say, “Actually, I don’t want to generalize all of Fox is biased or that another station is biased. I think what we want to do is look at it on a case-by-case basis,” she said:

“When we see a pattern of distortion, we’re going to be honest about that pattern of distortion”

The tactic of attacking a network is backfiring and only energizing the right. Anytime important issues are ignored in favor of mudslinging the footing in any legitimate debate is gone.
