HR3962 – PelosiCARE passes the house – One idiot Republican votes for it Joseph Cao

225px-josephcaoofficialphoto2009Needing 218 votes to pass PelosiCARE, the vote was 220 Yea and 215 Nay. Joseph Gao, from Louisiana’s 2nd district an overwhelmingly Democrat district, who hasn’t had a Republican rep since 1890 was the lone “Republican” to vote Yea for the Bill. Guess who Gao replaced in 2008? None other than Cold Cash William Jefferson! What does this all mean? Not a whole lot as most people expected this to pass the House with the overwhelming majority. Much like Cap and Trade, people don’t expect this to survive in the Senate.

    According to ABC News at the Note, Cao worked out a deal with Obama to get more financial aid for his district if he’d vote yes.

    If you go to his website, check out his creds. Bobby J. must want to strangle the guy. Reading his biography I wanted to puke.
