Obama in surprise Berlin Wall video address makes it all about himself

Arrogance on display once again. Too afraid to attend the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall because he might “offend” Russia (despite Putin attending), Obama instead sent Hillary Clinton, and a video. The video is typical of Obama. Obama talks mostly about, well himself.
