Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four the four other GITMO detainees transfered to New York have been granted full rights and protection under the U.S. Constitution.

As insane as it is that these KSM and the other four muslim terrorist scum are even coming to New York for trial, one thing may have been lost in the translation with this happening. By transfering the GITMO scum, these a**holes now been granted
full rights and protection under the U.S. Constitution. According to the Last Crusade, the trial is expected to cost over $100 million and may drag on for many years. According to American Spectator, former Attorney General Michael Mukasey, who as a judge presided over a trial stemming from the first attack on the World Trade Center, on Friday warned that the Obama administration’s decision to bring 9/11 “mastermind” Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to New York, along with the other GITMO detainees, reflected that pre-9/11 mindset that viewed terrorism as a simple criminal matter. Also, under the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution:

Mr. Mohammed and the other “alleged” terrorists will have the right to a speedy trial, the right to publicly paid counsel, the right to immediate access to all government evidence – – including the most sensitive intelligent files – – that can be used against him, the right to remain silent, the right to obtain witnesses in his favor, the right of protection against self incrimination, and the right to participate in jury selection.


Thanks Obama’s decision, Mohammed will have a platform to reach out to radical Islamists throughout the world to join in the holy war against the United States and the opportunity to disseminate highly confidential government information to every jihadist in creation.
