Second day in a row – Obama at -14 on Rasmussen Presidential Approval Index

Usually when Obama’s Presidential Approval Index starts to circle the toilet it bumps up to above -10 for a few days, then floats around -10 for awhile. Back in August when he first hit -14 on the PAI, Obama recovered to -8 a few days later then stayed around and never dropped to -14 again (until yesterday). Today marks the second day in a row that Obama’s PAI is -14 the lowest it has ever reached. His approval rating on Rasmussen is at 46%, one off his low of 45% set on September 1st.
