But don’t worry, the White House’s forthcoming state dinner with the Prime Minister of India is expected to be larger than those of Obama’s predecessor, Dubya. Strangely though, despite flying in personal pizza chefs, holding salsa dance parties, eatings $100 per pound Kobe beef, the upcoming White House event for the Hannukah Party will be smaller than in years past: The White House’s annual Hanukkah party. Basically cutting the guest list in half, the move also comes on the heels of Obama’s cancellation of an appearance before the General Assembly of North American Jewish Federations last week according to Politico.
Another Obama nominee faces tax troubles – Lael Brainard
Stop me if you’ve heard this one before. Another Obama nominee has tax issues! Impossible you say? I know, it sounds so far fetched how a the Messiah, the President of “hope and change” could make this mistake, AGAIN. Her name is Lael Brainard and she is Obama’s nominee for undersecretary of the Treasury for international affairs (ironic isn’t it?) Lael Brainard was late in paying real estate taxes in 2005, 2006 and 2007 according to the AP. The AP though seems a biut off in its counting. They claim this is the fifth Obama nominee with tax issues. Maybe they forget a couple of the other Obama nominees who have “issues” with taxes such as Timothy Geithner, Tom Daschle, Hilda Solis, Nancy Killefer, Ron Kirk and Kathleen Sebelius. By my count, this is now the 7th Obama nominee with tax issues, but maybe the AP is simply using the Recovery.gov standard for adding up things.

GAO Says More Than 50,000 jobs claimed to have been “saved or created” by stimulus have Spent NO money
Now thats what I call an efficient stimulus! “Saving or creating” 50,000 jobs without spending a time of the $787 billion porkulus. Problem is, thats impossible and the GAO (Government Accountability Office) has yet again expose the BS that is Obama/Biden and the rest of the idiots claiming how successful the so called stimulus has been. There’s been reports of 1 job created in San Diego, ZERO jobs saved or created in Michigan, and fake numbers thrown out else where. There’s even been claims by the Recovery.gov’s website that 30 jobs were created in Arizona’s 15th district. The problem with that is, Arizona only has a total of 8 districts. Maybe ACORN is counting dead people again, or Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck and sending these stats to Obama and the White House. ABC after trying to make Sarah Palin look bad by doing extreme closeups on her during her interview with Barbara Walters is actually doing some reporting for a change. According to them, more than 50,000 jobs, or one out of every 10 jobs the White House says were “saved or created” by their economic stimulus plan, came from projects that reported spending no money yet, according to a government report obtained by ABC News.
GQ to name Obama “Leader of the Year” in its December issue
GQ names Obama “Leader” of the year! And why not afterall? I mean he’s accomplished so much in almost a year as President! He’s closed Gitmo! (err wait), he’s stopped the economic spiral (not so much), he’s help stopped the bleeding of unemployment (now in double digits for the first time in 26 years), he’s made America safer from terrorists (Fort Hood anyone?) and he’s certainly decided to win the war in Afghanistan (if what was a war on dithering). Politico states that the honor is part of GQ’s “Men of the Year” roundup which also highlights Clint Eastwood (“Badass of the Year”), Tom Brady (“Comeback of the Year”), the “Hangover” guys (“Funnymen of the Year”) and Chris Pine (“Breakout of the Year”).

Great idea Obama – give Khalid Sheikh Mohammed grounds for a mistrial
Andy McCarthy at National Review Online writes this:
In a meeting with the press in China, President Obama said that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed would be “convicted” and had “the death penalty applied to him” . . . and then said he wasn’t “pre-judging” the case. He made the second statement after it was pointed out to him — by NBC’s Chuck Todd — that the first statement would be taken as the president’s interfering in the trial process. Obama said that wasn’t his intention. I’m sure it wasn’t — he’s trying to contain the political damage caused by his decision — but that won’t matter. He has given the defense its first motion that the executive branch, indeed the president himself, is tainting the jury pool. Nice work.

Harry Reid toda, who might be in his last few months in the senate by Spring of 2010 as he is trailing badly in the polls to both Republican challengers has decided to “put” off debate on the joke that is Cap and Trade until the spring time. This is yet another sign of the weakening political support for this joke of a bill. Barbara Boxer, and John Kerry can cry themselves to sleep tonight for all I care. will to tackle a long-term environmental issue at a time of high unemployment and economic uncertainty. Obama’s approval rating falls below 50% in Quinnipiac Poll and to 26% (strongly approve) in Rasmussen poll for first time

Obama’s approval rating has fallen below 50% for the first time in polling and stands at 48% from the Quinnipiac University poll as U.S. voter discontent grows Bloomberg calls it because of the war in Afghanistan, while ignoring everything else Obama has pulled such as this whole healthcare debacle, the stimulus thats “Creating or saving” jobs in districts that don’t exist, bowing to the Japan Emperor, the way he has handled the jihadist Hasan etc. At Rasmussen, Obama’s “Strongly approve” rating has fallen to 26%, its lowest level to date, and -14 and the PSI which has tied the lowest level ever. After claiming the poll numbers are dropping because of only Afghanistan, Bloomberg goes on to list other parts of his approval ratings drops, such as his handling of the economy.

Israel National News reports that a (anonymous) White House officials has told the New Republic magazine this week that the Obama administration has been embarrassed at least twice by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, for revealing in public information and policies that the State Department was supposed to keep private between Israel, the Palestinian Authority, and the U.S. I’ve been embarassed at least twice by Obama bowing to the Saudi King and the Japanese Emperor, but that doesn’t count as news.
Obama/White House won’t provide witnesses for Fort Hood hearing
I don’t know wtf kind of game Obama and his cronies are playing but yet again I will say this. This is completely mind boggling. Soldiers who were there aren’t going to be allowed to testify at the first public congressional hearing on the Fort Hood Jihad because the Obama administration “declined to provide any” such witnesses, according to a Senate committee source (via The Washington Post). The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee has released the witness list for its hearing “The Fort Hood Attack: A Preliminary Assessment,” scheduled for Thursday at 10 a.m. EST. This list includes four experts on terrorism and intelligence issues such as retired Gen. Jack Keane, the former U.S. Army vice chief of staff; Brian Jenkins, a senior advisor at the Rand Corp.; Mitchell Silber, the director of analysis for the New York City Police Department’s Intelligence Division; and Juan Zarate, a senior advisor for the Transnational Threats Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

Here is a product of government education. Kids of 10 years old suddenly wouldn’t pledge allegiance because gays can’t marry? Obviously the father who also appears in this interview has been taking a cue out of the liberals playbook. Maybe next there will be stupid kids who think they are smart, sitting out the pledge to protest the killing of smurfs, global warming scam, because people can’t marry horses or dogs. You can have your own opinion on gay marriage, but since when do 10 year olds even know about issues like this, let alone care? The Fix Was In! New York Governor David Paterson was told KSM was going to New York 6 months ago!
You probably heard yesterday that New York Governor David Paterson wasn’t exactly to thrill with KSM and the other Gitmo scum being transfered to New York for civilian trials. But what you might not have heard is another thing Paterson revealed. He said that the White House “warned him” six months ago that this very situation would happen. Paterson said while he disagrees with the decision, he will do everything in his power to make sure that the state’s Department of Homeland Security will keep New Yorkers as safe as possible. The Wall Street Journal also poses this interesting question:
Here’s a question: If the White House made up its mind about this six months ago–that would be in May, roughly four months after President Obama’s inauguration–why did it wait until last week to make the announcement? That it was the week after an election is bound to raise suspicions that the timing was politically motivated.

Bart Stupak – I have votes to defeat healthcare bill (and takes a shot at Axelrod)
Bart Stupak (D-MI) said today on Fox and Friends that he has the votes to defeat healthcare reform aka PelosiCARE/ObamaCARE if his abortion amendment is taken out. Stupak claims to have between 10-20 anti-abortion Democrats would vote against a bill with weaker language according to The Hill. Knowing the current crop of Democrats, i think this is nothing more than lip service, and they would just cower to Obama and Pelosi anyway.
“They’re not going to take it out,” Stupak said on “Fox and Friends,” referring to Senate Democrats. “If they do, healthcare will not move forward.”
