As you know, yesterday Ben Nelson became the latest Democrat whore to sell himself and his state out to the highest bidder, following in the footsteps of Mary Landrieu of Lousiana.n. Ben Nelson came around to support health care reform legislation on Saturday after securing changes in restrictions for abortion coverage funding. But he also secured millions of dollars in Medicaid benefits for his state.
Supporters say that the concessions Nelson won aren’t unusual, and that any lawmaker is expected to fight for his or her state, but critics says Nelson’s support was bought. What do you think? Send your opinion to Sen. Nelson
