Hoeven is a big spender, ex Democrat, who has given money to Dorgan in the past. It's hard to see him being able to run a credible campaign when Dorgan advertises all of that. Sorum is in the 40% right now in polling and is allied with a number of top GOP members. Sorum is on the rise and my prediction to be the next Senator of North Dakota. Hoeven would be more of the same for North Dakota. He is more of an Olympia Snowe type Republican.
