What part of the above is Obama and others against the Supreme Court decision having trouble with? Is it the "freedom of speech" part or the "right of the people peaceably to assemble?" He just doesn't have any class. He just can't shake that "Chicago" style politics or empty campaign rhetoric, half truths, and platitudes. The law and the Constitution mean nothing to politicians that ignore the ends to justify their means. If I were Justice Alito I'd respond to the MSM's questions by stating "I was saying 'not true' during 95% of the speech, you'll have to be more specific." If I were Justice Alito I’d respond to the MSM’s questions by stating “I was saying ‘not true’ during 95% of the speech, you’ll have to be more specific.”
