It was my understanding that his position was gone the day after election day... period. If anything, he should be home playing with the kids and no one should be representing Massachusetts citizens until Brown gets there. This is the equivalent of Obama appointing an unelected czar to fill in for missing Senators and cast votes in direct contrast of what the people of that state wish done.
