Bill Clinton hospitalized with chest pains
Saw this on a local TV station KTLA, hope Clinton is ok as he has been hospitalized with chest pains. Clinton’s counselor Douglas Band said Clinton underwent a procedure to place two stents in one of his coronary arteries. A stent is a wire mesh tube used to prop open an artery.
There are numerous reports that Clinton is fine and in good spirits which is good news.
NEW YORK — Former President Bill Clinton is hospitalized in New York City.
The 64- year old Clinton has been transported to Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in Manhattan suffering from chest pains.
His condition is unknown.
The White House says his wife, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is on her way to the hospital.
Clinton had a quadruple bypass in 2004.
