Congressman Xavier Becerra (D – CA) Laughs at request to do Pledge of Allegiance at Immigration Rally!
Not only did Becerra laugh it off, but so did those attending the “Reform immigration now” rally in Los Angeles. I’m sorry, is there something funny about the pledge of allegiance? Becerra is the one in the dark suit seated on stage. Not until the congressman is specifically confronted does he and the CHIRLA/SEIU rally leader agree that not to do so would be a massive fault. However, you can see the natural inclination was to dismiss the suggestion. This video was taken on Feb 19th at the Los Angeles SEIU offices.
