Times change – Democrat Senator KKK Robert Byrd stops HillaryCARE from passing with reconciliation
What a difference a decade or two makes. Back in the early 1990s, when Bill Clinton was trying to get his version of health care reform passed, called HillaryCARE, the former KKK member of Congress and Democrat Robert Byrd single handed stopped the Senate from passing HillaryCARE via reconciliation.
