NRCC Count – 214 NO 213 Yes

Earlier it was reported Stupak was about to cave an make a deal with Obama on abortion. There was going to be some sort of executive order to satisfy Stupak. As of the time of this posting. Stupak is still an unknown, though I know Democrats, and he will probably cave. The latest NRCC count has the vote count at 214 NO votes and 213 Yes votes.
