Senate Vote-o-Rama on ObamaCARE reconciliation – Democrats kill amendment to prevent child molesters and rapists from getting Viagra

democrat-logoThe Democrats have voted down every GOP amendment presented in the so called “Vote-o-Rama” for the reconciliation process. Among the measures voted down by the marxists:

Refusing to eliminate Viagra coverage for child molesters and rapists – To reduce the cost of providing federally funded prescription drugs by eliminating fraudulent payments and prohibiting coverage of Viagra for child molesters and rapists and for drugs intended to induce abortion.

Motion to Table Gregg Amdt. No. 3567 As Modified; To prevent Medicare from being used for new entitlements and to use Medicare savings to save Medicare.
Motion to Table McCain Amdt. No. 3570; To eliminate the sweetheart deals for Tennessee, Hawaii, Louisiana, Montana, Connecticut, and frontier States.
Democrats DEFEAT Amendment reducing student-loan rates from 6.8 to 5.3. Feds take over private loans & INCREASE interest charged to students.


A full list of all votes from the “Vote-O-Rama” are available at the U.S. Senate official site. I guess its safe to say Democrats support child molesters and rapists getting erectile dysfunction drugs, and cool with higher student loan rates. Aren’t they great? Don’t worry though, the tabled “Viagra” amendment is limited to convicted rapist, child molesters, or other sex offenders who are not currently incarcerated.
