Missouri becomes the 14th state to sue the federal government over ObamaCARE
Dana Loesch has posted the official press release from Missouri Lt. Governor Peter Kinder announcing action against the federal government because of ObamaCARE. Missouri, the “show me state” becomes the 14th state to file a lawsuit over ObamaCARE.
Hows that anti-abortion executive order on abortion working out for Stupak? Not so well as Obama skips signing it
Obama really played Bart Stupak and the “Stupak 12″ well. Not only was the so called executive order he promised Stupak basically useless if signed it, its worth even less now because Obama didn’t bother signing it at all today during the actual bill signing. A White House official told Fox, Obama did not sign the Executive Order Tuesday and has set no specific date to do so. Stupak predicted Obama would sign the order later this week. The White House said only that Obama would sign the order “soon.”

Michigan Democrat John Conyers, husband of corrupt, jailbird Monica Conyers who was recently sentenced to 37 months in jail says Congress has the right to order you to buy health care insurance because of a clause that doesn’t even exist in the constitution. Now its U.S. Representative Maxine Waters calling ObamaCARE opponents “tea baggers”
Over the past weekend of “debate” on ObamaCARE, two U.S. Representatives (Jim McDermott of Washington State and Tim Ryan of Ohio) called anyone at the rallies and opposed to the government takeover “tea baggers”. On Saturday, CBS’s fat whale Mark Knoller who is famous for tweeting about Obama’s ice cream trips with his family, while salivating over both Obama and the ice cream tweeted this:
“Obama’s motorcade arrives at Capitol Hill. Boos and jeers passing tea bagger protests.”
Then last night on the Joy Behar show, Maxine Waters called the same people opposed to the bill tea baggers. Way to represent your districts and countries. Let me be the first (unless someone has already come up with this) rename the Democrat party and big government lovers D-Baggers.

Guess who is exempt from ObamaCARE? The Senior Staff Who Wrote the Bill!
New Ledger discovered this part of the ObamaCARE bill that many might have either overlooked, or just not noticed. Based on the language found in the bill it appears from the way this language is written that those considered “congressional staffers”, such as those working and paid under the committee structure (such as those working for Chairman Henry Waxman) or those working on leadership staff (such as those working for Speaker Nancy Pelosi) would be exempt from ObamaCARE’s requirements!
CBS Poll: 11% favorability for Nancy Pelosi, 8% favorability for Harry Reid
Poor CBS. Starting their article about the favorabilities of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid saying basically Americans don’t know anything about the two piles of vermin excrement still can’t hide the fact that these two Democrat leaders of the House and Senate have some of the lowest approval ratings ever recorded for any political figure ever! Meanwhile, Mark Knoller still has not apologized for calling protesters “tea baggers” over the past weekend. Pelosi’s favorable rating in the poll stands at 11 percent. Her unfavorable rating, meanwhile, is 37 percent — meaning that more than one in three views the California Democrat negatively.

According to Breitbart/AFP, US Attorney General Eric Holder took office pledging a sharp shift away from the last administration’s policies, but an apparent change of heart in the White House could see the top lawyer leave his job. After buying off Bart Stupak and the rest of the so called “pro-life” Democrats, Obama has officially fundamentally transformed America into Greece! With the passage of HR 3590 tonight, Americans are now REQUIRED by law to buy health care insurance. That is, they are required to buy insurance deemed “acceptable” by the government! There will be 16,500+ new IRS agents (so maybe we can consider this a sort of stimulus package), and over 130 government agencies will be created. The U.S. is also now at a higher risk to lose its AAA bond ratings with the passage of this bill. All in all its been a pretty good weekend for the Democrats and their plans of destruction of America! (golf clap)

This post will contain a summary of the events of today March 21st, in which America may be fundamentally transformed into a 3rd world socialist country. Greta Van Susteren posted the fluid schedule:
In an effort to provide Members with the most detailed analysis of the day, we have added very approximate timing information for the remainder of today’s vote series. Please be advised that these times remain subject to change…We have moved into consideration of the Unfunded Mandate Point of Order. This is expected to be debated for 20 minutes and a vote will follow at approximately 2:40 p.m.
We then expect another point of order on earmarks. That will also be debated for 20 minutes and also followed by a vote at approximately 3:45 p.m.Following the vote on the earmark point of order, we expect to move into one hour of debate on the Rule providing for both the Senate Health Care Bill as well as the Reconciliation Package.
We then expect another series of votes on the Rule at roughly 5:45-6:15 p.m.Following votes on the Rule, we expect to move into two hours of General Debate. Earlier it was reported Stupak was about to cave an make a deal with Obama on abortion. There was going to be some sort of executive order to satisfy Stupak. As of the time of this posting. Stupak is still an unknown, though I know Democrats, and he will probably cave. The latest NRCC count has the vote count at 214 NO votes and 213 Yes votes.
