Good news! Baby killer Bart Stupak has a challenger for his House seat. His name is Dan Benishek. and he is running for U.S. Congress in Michigan’s 1st District and would like your support. From his Facebook Profile:
I was born in Iron River, Michigan. My mother was of Polish descent and my father of Bohemian descent. My father worked for the Civilian Conservation Corps and then in the iron mines of Iron County. He died in a mining accident in 1957 and my brother and I were raised by my mother, with the help of family. I graduated from West Iron County High School in 1970. I earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Michigan in 1974 and graduated from Wayne State Medical School in 1978. I have served as a general surgeon in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula since 1983. My wife Judy and I live in Crystal Falls. We share five children and two grandchildren. I am an avid hunter and fisherman and an NRA member.
I have never held political office but I feel compelled to seek a position at this time because of disturbing developments in our nation’s capitol. I have watched with horror and disbelief as congress has voted to spend trillions of dollars on legislation that no one even read. I very much want to serve my country and the citizens of the 1st District and to provide better representation and leadership on important issues such as:
· Job Creation. Our best hope lies within the private, not public, sector. In particular, we need to support small business, which creates the bulk of new jobs. Government should step aside and let the free market work by reducing burdensome regulation and taxation.
· Fiscal Responsibility. Government is out of control and is squandering our children’s future! I say no to more government bail-outs, business takeovers, and growing entitlements. It is time to make drastic cuts in spending, balance our budget, stop printing money and start paying down our ballooning national debt.
· Lower Taxes. I believe that a government which governs least is a government which governs best. We need a government of the people, by the people and for the people. We need to reduce oppressive taxation and allow individual citizens to keep and invest more of their hard-earned money. We need to shrink the size and scope of our government to be in line with that envisioned by our founding fathers.
· Secure Borders. Immigration must be legal and regulated and our borders must be secure. Uncontrolled access to our country increases entitlement expenses, decreases available jobs and renders us vulnerable to terrorists who want to destroy us.
· Health Care. America has the best health care system in the world – a system which needs fine-tuning but definitely not a government take-over! We need to focus on free market reforms which will increase competition and decrease costs. A good place to start would be to allow health care insurance to be tax deductible, portable and sold across state lines. Additionally, we must pass tort reform to rein in skyrocketing costs associated with frivolous medical law suits.
· Energy Independence. Radical environmentalism has rendered energy development next to impossible. While we must be good stewards of the earth, God gave us this earth and all its resources for our needs. America has huge coal, natural gas and oil reserves. We need to responsibly tap into these reserves and stop relying on other nations to supply our energy. In addition, we need to vigorously expand our use of nuclear power as a safe, clean and efficient source of energy.
· National Defense. It is a primary responsibility of our federal government to provide a strong national defense to protect our nation, our liberty and our ideals. We should honor and respect our armed services and veterans, not undermine their strength and dignity. Additionally, we must aggressively pursue the war on terror and we must try prisoners of war in military tribunals, not as citizens in our civilian courts.
· Second Amendment. I believe in the individual’s right to self defense. The right to bear arms secures other rights such as freedom of speech, freedom to assemble and freedom to practice religion. If we allow disarmament of our citizens, we render our nation vulnerable to tyranny.
· Right to Life. I believe in the inalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Paramount is life. From conception to death, all human life must be considered sacred and must be protected.
If you believe in personal responsibility and limited government, please support me in my effort to change the status quo in Washington and return responsible representation to the 1st District of Michigan. If you feel powerless as you watch our government take your hard earned money and spend it foolishly, choose me. If you want an honest, hard working congressman who will answer your letters and phone calls, choose me.
As a surgeon, I have 30 years experience dealing with and solving serious problems. I don’t have all the answers to our nation’s problems but I will enthusiastically apply my skills and work with you to find them! House Democrats have picked up critical health reform “yes” votes from a group of anti-abortion lawmakers, including Michigan Rep. Bart Stupak, according to senior Democratic aides. Democrats believe a breakthrough with Stupak’s group – based on the promise of an executive order to be issued by President Barack Obama reinforcing a ban on federal funding for abortion – will help give them the 216-vote majority needed to pass reform on Sunday. (1:05 p.m.)

Yesterday, we had elected representatives of the U.S. House as well as CBS fat pig Mark Knoller calling the protestors against ObamaCARE “tea baggers”. One of the U.S. House Reps who called anyone against ObamaCARE a tea bagger was Seattle’s rep Jim ,McDermott. Isn’t it great that how the people who are supposed to work for us take the time to hurl sexual connotations at those who disagree? I know I’m impressed.

Stunner! Loretta Sanchez now a NO vote for ObamaCARE!
Here’s a bit of good news tonight. Flaming liberal progressive Loretta Sanchez of Orange County, CA is now a NO vote (she was a Yes vote back in November.) The reason being:
Sanchez’s district is in a part of Orange County that leans Democratic but voted for former President George W. Bush in 2004 and Republican Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2006. It has a large Vietnamese-American population. “They come out and vote in large numbers, and they’re 2-to-1 Republican,” says her opponent, state Assemblyman Van Tran.
The latest WHIP count according to flaming liberal site Fire Dog Lake now puts the vote count at 204 Yes, 209 No! The site lists 10 Democrats as “Lean Oppose” and 8 Democrats as complete unknown votes. There is still a chance to kill this bill! Glenn Nye, a Democrat from Virgina who was reported to be voting yes for the bill earlier on Saturday by liberals has come out and officially announced he is also NOT voting for the bill! NRCC has the vote tally at 212-212 with 7 undecided.

U.S. Representative calls protestors Tea Bagger Protestors
The Huffington Post has started spreading some rumors that some people at the tea party protests today were spitting on Congress people, calling some reps the N word, and Barney Frank the FGot word. Yet not one left wing site, or left wing media operation has been able to provide any audio or video clip of such hatred being spewed by one or two wackos if in fact anyone did. Yet apparently its ok for the media like fat pig Mark Knoller Tea and even elected members of the U.S. House of Representatives to call the protesters TEA BAGGERS! Tim Ryan of Ohio is one of two members of the house I heard refer to the protesters as teabaggers, a sexual slur directed at people exercising their 1st amendment rights. The other was Jim McDermott of Seattle.

Fat boy Mark Knoller, who is usually sitting in 2 chairs at press briefings with Robert Gibbs, or at his computer twittering about Obama “going out for Ice Cream” or what kind of mustard Obama is using on his hamburgers crossed over the line today. The CBS News White House correspondent Mark revived the use of a vulgar sexual term to refer to Tea Party protesters on Saturday afternoon via Twitter, according to NewsBusters:

As America moves one step closers to resembling Venezuela more than America, Obama’s poll numbers have tied their worst numbers on all of Rasmussen’s measuring indexes. The PAI now stands at -21 which is the lowest ever achieved. Obama’s overall disapproval rating now stands at 56%, which is the highest level of disapproval achieved by the Marxist. Obama’s 43% approval is also now the lowest level of approval ever recorded for him.

Cowardly “pro-life” Democrats like Christopher Carney becoming yes voted for ObamaCARE
The earlier reported Stupak deal with Nancy Pelosi feel through. However, the so called “Stupak 12″ is down to the “Stupak 6″ or so now, as another cowardly “centrist, pro-life” Democrat has caved, and pledged to vote yes on ObamaCARE. The latest is Rep. Christopher Carney (D-Pa.), according to Roll Call. In a statement announcing his decision, Carney said the bill
“continues the longstanding ban on public funding for abortion, a factor that weighed heavily on my mind in recent days.”

Stupak makes a deal with the devil (Nancy Pelosi) on abortion language in ObamaCARE bill
According for far left loon site Fire Dog Lake, it looks like Bart Stupak and Nancy Pelosi have reached a deal to get Stupak’s vote. Fire Dog Lake reports that according to a member of Congress who was briefed on the matter, Pelosi has agreed to let Stupak have a vote on his amendment either before or after the House votes to pass the Senate bill. It instructs the Senate to substitute the language in his amendment for the Senate language on abortion.
Uh oh. New CBO report says ObamaCARE will increase the federal deficits by at least $59 BILLION, but more likely $260 billion over the next decade
Contrary to recent claims that ObamaCARE will decrease the deficit, the CBO has released a new analysis that says that bill will in fact INCREASE the deficit by at least $59 billion, but more than likely $260 over the next 10 years!
New analysis from the Congressional Budget Office [CBO] provided at the request of House Budget Ranking Republican Paul Ryan, indicates that including the “doc fix” in the Majority’s health care overhaul adds $208 billion to the cost of the bill, increasing the deficit by $59 billion over the next 10 years. In response to a question regarding passage of the doc fix, Speaker Pelosi said “it’s not in this bill but we’ll have it soon. We’ve made a commitment to do this.”CBO also estimates the effect on the deficit if a number of other unrealistic policy changes, in addition to the 21 percent cut to physicians, made by the Majority are never implemented.

Looks like the botox is coming home to roost. This Fox News article reports that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Friday has finally reached 216 YES votes, the magic number of votes she needs for health care reform to pass, after Rep. Suzanne Kosmas, D-Fla., switched to a “yes.” But there’s still a day and a half remaining before the House votes — a lifetime in politics in which anything can happen.
Latest country insulted by Obama? Australia!
Australians aren’t happy about Obama putting off his visit to their country, TWICE. After his Marxist takeover of health care this coming weekend, Obama plans to work harder on destroying America until he pops off to Australia and Indonesia in June. Eric Holder calls terrorist lawyers ‘Patriots’
Two weeks after a conservative group disparaged Justice Department lawyers who previously represented terror suspects, According to Fox News (article by Mike Levine), Attorney General Eric Holder on Friday weighed in for the first time, calling such lawyers “patriots.” SAY WHAT?!
“Those who reaffirm our nation’s most essential and enduring values do not deserve to have their own values questioned,” Holder told a group of lawyers who offer “pro bono,” or voluntary, legal services. “Let me be clear about this: Lawyers who provide counsel for the unpopular are, and should be treated as what they are: patriots.”
100,000 Calls Per Hour To Congress over ObamaCARE
Congressional Members continued to be inundated with phone calls from constituents and interest groups Friday thanks to an impending vote on health care reform this weekend. According to Roll Call, Calls to the House numbered close to 100,000 an hour, creating a bottleneck in a phone system only meant to handle 50,000 calls an hour. The chamber has been similarly overloaded for four consecutive days, beginning on Tuesday when radio host Rush Limbaugh told viewers to call the Capitol switchboard phone number.

16,500 more IRS agents needed to enforce Obamacare
Great news from the Washington Examiner . New tax mandates and penalties included in Obamacare will cause the greatest expansion of the Internal Revenue Service since World War II, according to a release from Rep. Kevin Brady, R-Texas. 16,500 new IRS agents will be needed to collect, examine, and audit new tax information thanks to ObamaCARE! Well, I guess this is some job creation isn’t it? Paul Ryan estimated there would be 15,000 IRS agents added, I guess he is on the low end.
Busted! Democrat memo leaked telling staffers to mislead voters and media on “doc fix”
Politico is the one who revealed this information, yet tries to sugar coat the real story entitling it:

That’s not the real story. The real story is how Democrats removed the so-called doc fix from the ObamaCARE legislation last year because its $371-billion price tag would have made it impossible for Democrats to claim that their bill reduces the deficit. Republicans have argued for months that by stripping the doc fix from the bill, Democrats were playing a shell game. It must have been very painful for Politico to admit this.
“Most health staff are already aware that our health proposal does not contain a ‘doc fix.’ … The inclusion of a full SGR repeal would undermine reform’s budget neutrality. So again, do not allow yourself (or your boss) to get into a discussion of the details of CBO scores and textual narrative. Instead, focus only on the deficit reduction and number of Americans covered,” the memo, sent Thursday to Democratic staff, said.
“As most health staff knows, leadership and the White House are working with the AMA to rally physicians for a full SGR repeal later this spring. However, both health and communications staff should understand we do not want that policy discussion discussed at this time, lest (it) complicate the last critical push to pass health reform,” according to the memo.
