According to this study, anywhere between 120,000-700,000 will actually be LOST through 2019 if god forbid ObamaCARE passes. Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, has urged passage of the massive health reform plan moving through Congress as a way to create up to 400,000 jobs. Speaker Pelosi bases her claim on a report by the Center for American Progress (CAP) in which the Center estimates that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) would create 250,000 to 400,000 jobs per year over 10 years.
It turns out, however, that its methodology, stripped of unsupportable claims about savings in health care costs, shows just the opposite of what CAP intended. PPACA is a job killer, not a job creator. Using the CAP methodology, we find that the bill would destroy a total of 120,000 to 700,000 jobs by 2019, a far cry from the number suggested by leading advocates.

Pelosi is ‘Beyond Sleazy’ for endorsing Slaughter Solution says Jack Cafferty
Over the past few weeks, far left loon Jack Cafferty has been bashing Nancy Pelosi, Obama and others for the tactics they’ve been using to try and pass ObamaCARE. Today Cafferty took it one step farther actually calling Pelosi’s endorings of the so called “Slaughter Solution” as Beyond Sleazy. First Eric Holder claimed that Osama/Usama bin Laden will never be captured alive
“The possibility of capturing him alive is infinitesimal,” Holder said. “He will be killed by us, or he will be killed by his own people so that he is not captured by us. We know that. … The possibility simply does not exist.”
Then Holder was asked whether that means Usama/Osama bin Laden, if captured, would be tried in a civilian court and afforded the same rights as Charles Manson.

Lets hop in our time machines and go back to 2005. Back then of course the Republicans were in majority in the House acting like a bunch of Democrats. 5 years ago when the Republican majority in Congress approved a national debt limit increase using a self-executing rule similar to the so called Slaughter Solution, Nancy Pelosi and Democrats were fuming. The Ralph Nader-backed Public Citizen legal activists went to to federal court to challenge the constitutionality of the move. Virginia Democrat Rep Tom Perriello now a NO vote for ObamaCARE
National Review Online is reporting that Virginia’s Tom Perriello, a Democrat who voted YES on ObamaCARE back in November is now a No vote because of the Senate bill’s language to allow for federal funding of abortion.
House Budget Committee approves ObamaCARE reconciliation bill
Expected to pass the House committee, the ObamaCARE reconciliation bill did pass Monday 21-16 which brings the actually House vote on the bill one step closer. All 14 Republicans on the committee voted no, and 2 Democrats voted no. 21 Democrats voted yes to move the bill forward. That panel is expected to meet Thursday to draft new language for the reconciliation bill, compiling a package of fixes to the $875 billion measure that passed the Senate on Christmas Eve. The two Democrats voted with all 14 Republicans to reject the effort to proceed with the Democratic strategy. Rep. Chet Edwards (Texas) and Allen Boyd (Fla.) both voted against the House health care bill last fall, according to the Washington Post.
Rep David Dreier: Democrats ‘About 10 Votes Off’ from Passage in House
According to National Review Online, in a press conference on Capitol Hill today, Rep. David Dreier (R., Calif.), a ranking Republican on the House Rules Committee, said the word around the House is that Democrats are still about 10 votes away from securing the 216 they will need to pass changes to the ObamaCARE bill. The good news is, though I don’t believe it, is that Dreier added that that number might be moving in the wrong direction for Democrats.

So desperate to take over 1/6th of the U.S. economy, the student loan market, and decide who gets what type of health care coverage, suddenly the White House is backing down from efforts to drop “sweetheart” deals poisoning health care legislation as House Budget Committee Democrats meet Monday to craft a “fix-it” bill that does not yet have a price tag. Deals such as the Louisiana Purchase, Gator-Aide, etc will be left in the bill in order to buy off votes according to Fox News.

The Obama / Pelosi / Senate health care bill has been posted online! It is 2,309 pages long and includes language to federalize student loans! There is even mention of a public option (see page 1167. Sec 221). There is no H.R. number yet, and the bill begins with this language:

According to The Hill, a from A new poll the Wisconsin Policy Research Institute shows Sen. Russ Feingold (D-Wis.) trailing former Gov. Tommy Thompson (R) by 12 points, 51-39! Rasmussen had Thompson leading 47%-43%. While Tommy Thompson hasn’t announced a run for the Senate seat, there has been rumblings that he is preparing for a run and will officially announce his candidacy soon.While many have told me Thompson is nothing but a RINO and basically a John McCain clone i would still support him in favor of far left loon Feingold. Wouldn’t you? The same holds true for California and other Senate races. If its a choice between a RINO and a progressive liberal, I’d back a RINO.
