Obama weekly approval average on Gallup hits record low
Whatever “bounce” Obama got from the passage of ObamaCARE has vanished in a big way. Obama’s job approval rating fell to 47% for the week ending April 11, the lowest weekly average ever his administration recorded by Gallup. The most important stat of this poll though is Obama only has a 43% approval rating among independents. As one would expect, Obama’s approval rating is miserable with Republicans and sky high with Democrats.

Obama Science Czar John Holdren: “We can’t expect to be number one in everything indefinitely,”
From the czar that brought us the ideas of Forced abortions, Mass sterilization and a “Planetary Regime” Obama’s science czar John Holdren has yet again shown his true colors. Holdren told students:

Obama: We’re still working on our democracy

According to The Cable, this past Sunday, Obama said that the United States is still “working on” democracy and a top aide said he has taken “historic steps” to improve democracy in the United States during his time in office. The remarks came as Obama met with Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev — one of the U.S. president’s many meetings with world leaders ahead of this week’s nuclear summit. No word if Borat was present.

Support to repeal ObamaCARE Up To 58% – a new record high
Three weeks after Congress rammed through ObamaCARE down the American people throat’s, support for repeal of the measure has risen four points to 58% a new record high. According to Rasmussen, this includes 50% of U.S. voters who strongly favor repeal. Only 38% still oppose repeal, and 32% strongly oppose repeal. For the previous two weeks following passage of the controversial plan, 54% of voters have favored repeal and 42% have opposed it. Eighty-eight percent (88%) of Republicans favor repeal. And probably the most telling stat is that 54% of voters not affiliated with either major party favor repeal.
ObamaCARE socks middle class with a $3.9 billion tax increase
Taxpayers earning less than $200,000 a year will pay roughly $3.9 billion more in taxes — in 2019 alone — because Obama, according to the Joint Committee on Taxation, Congress’ official scorekeeper for legislation. The Hill goes into more detail about the taxes. The new law raises $15.2 billion over 10 years by limiting the medical expense deduction, a provision widely used by taxpayers who either have a serious illness or are older. Taxpayers can currently deduct medical expenses in excess of 7.5 percent of their adjusted gross income. Starting in 2013, most taxpayers will only be allowed to deducted expenses greater than 10 percent of AGI. Older taxpayers are hit by this threshold increase in 2017.

Saturday Night Live (SNL) attempts mocking the Census
I miss thee days of the late 80s, early 90s when SNL used to funny. Dennis Miller, Dana Carvey, Chris Farley, etc were basically the last set of cast members that actually made this show worth watching. Much like TV “comedy” in general, SNL is a waste of time 99.999% of the time. The opening skit attempting to mock the Census had its moments, but was generally dull and not funny. Joe Lieberman: Omitting ‘Islamic’ Terrorism From Security Document Dishonest, ‘Offensive’
Joe Lieberman to me is nothing but a progressive liberal coward who caved to Obama on ObamaCARE, the porkulus and many other liberal pet projects. So when I read something like Lieberman slamming Obama over the removal terms like “Islamic extremism” from a key national security document, I have no reason to believe he is sincere, even though I agree. Lieberman also called the move dishonest, wrong-headed and disrespectful to the majority of Muslims who are not terrorists.
Lieberman is a Connecticut independent, but is really about as indepedent as Vermont’s Bernie Sanders. Aka, Lieberman is nothing more than just another left wing hack in the Senate who is looking to boost his popularity. Lieberman revealed that he wrote a letter Friday to top counterterrorism adviser John Brennan urging the administration to “identify accurately the ideological source” of the threat against the United States. He wrote that failing to identify “violent Islamist extremism” as the enemy is “offensive.”
U.S. drops Iran and Syria from airport watch list
Brilliant! Just Brilliant! According to the World Tribune, The United States has removed Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Sudan and other nations from augmented airport security measures. Is it a coincidence that countries such as these are the main problems with the war on terror? ISLAMIC Terrorism (there I said it!) Officials said Syria was one of 14 countries exempted from additional airport security, a measure imposed in January 2010. They said the regime of President Bashar Assad was cooperating in helping screen passengers on flights to the West.

French Leader Sarkozy thinks Obama is insane!
According to the European Union Times, a new report circulating in the Kremlin today authored by France’s Directorate-General for External Security (DGSE) and recently “obtained” by the FSB shockingly quotes French President Nicolas Sarkozy [photo top right with Obama] as stating that President Barack Obama is “a dangerous[ly] aliéné”, which translates into his, Obama, being a “mad lunatic”, or in the American vernacular, “insane”.
Obama’s approval rating hits new low on Gallup – 45%
Another day, another record low for Obama. The Gallup approval rating for Obama is now at 45%. This is now the lowest level of approval Obama has ever been recorded at with Gallup. His 48% disapproval remains at an all-time high. Obama has also set a new record for the spread between approval and disapproval on Gallup. At a -3 gap between approval and disapproval, this is now the largest spread in the negative Obama has ever seen in the Gallup polling.
Ron Paul speech at 2010 Southern Republican Leadership Conference
Love him or hate him, Congressman Ron Paul addressed the crowd at the South Republican Leadership Conference, April 10, 2010. Ron Paul lost the SRLC straw poll to Mitt Romney by a single vote. There were plenty of hecklers for his speech. One of the best exchanges comes from Hotair:

Oh and apparently Paul doesn’t think Obama is a socialist. Instead, Paul thinks Obama is a “corporatist.”

Obama approval 47% disappoval 48% on Gallup
LOL. Obama back to -1 on Gallup. How about that ObamaCARE bump! For all those left wing nuts who claim Rasmussen is such a “right wing poll”, Obama is actually at a higher approval on that poll at 48% than on Gallup. I guess this makes Gallup some racist, right wing poll now too huh? This also ties Obama’s all time high disapproval rating of 48%.

Tragic – Poland’s President Lech Kaczynski killed in a plane crash
Polish President Lech Kaczynski and some of the country’s highest military and civilian leaders were among the 88 that died on Saturday when the Polish presidential plane crashed. According to Fox News, an aging Russian airliner carrying Polish President Lech Kaczynski and members of his country’s military, political and church elites crashed in thick fog Saturday as it took them to a ceremony marking the 70th anniversary of the slaughter of thousands of Polish military officers by Soviet secret police. To Obama’s credit, he was the world leader to issue a statement on the tragedy.

Obama Breaks Protocol Leaving White House Without Press Corps
Just more arrogance from the big Zero. According to Fox News, Obama quietly breached years of protocol on Saturday morning by leaving the White House
without the press with him. About two hours before reporters were supposed to be in position to leave with the president, Obama left the grounds of the White House. Members of the press were told he was attending one of his daughter’s soccer games in northwest Washington, D.C.
