Another new Billboard pops up on I-95 in Richmond, Virginia – America’s coming for you congress! Vote the Liberals and Progressives Out in 2010
From Dittos Rush:
Our dear mountain Momma brings us today’s billboard, which reads: “Vote the Liberals and Progressives Out in 2010!” It seems more and more advertisers are using our nation’s highways to do the work which the mainstream media refuses to do! A bit of grass roots irony, wouldn’t you say!

Liberal Progressives are already blaming Andrew Breitbart for this one!
Another fine example of America’s homeland security lapses
Michelle Malkin’s syndicated column today explores the persistent homeland security lapses that allow visa overstayers and deportation fugitives like the Boston muslims arrested yesterday in the Times Square bombing plot to embed themselves in the country with impunity.
Our pal Andrea Mitchell doesn’t like ‘Pseudo’ Kagan interview
What’s this? The arrogant, elitist snob Andrea Mitchell doesn’t like Elena Kagan’s “pseudo” interview put out by the White House? Why is that? Could it be because ever snobs like Mitchell realize that Obama is trying to circumvent the media and just put out its own propaganda? Despite the media aiding and abetting Obama’s propaganda, when they get left out, they start to cry like little babies. Mitchell whined:
“Doesn’t this seem to you like they are really crossing a number of lines here when it comes to journalism and the proper approach to selling a justice?”
Uhm. Yea! They have been doing so since day one! When did you start to care you elitist snob?

Buffalo billboard: Dear Mr. President, I need a freakin job, period.
Upon arriving in Buffalo, New York today for another propaganda speech about the porkulus bill, he was greeted with a new billboard. The message was:
“Dear Mr. President, I need a freakin’ job, period. Sincerly, INAFJ.org —”
They also made a video that’s sure to piss off the lame stream media:
Eric Holder again refuses to use the term “Radical Islam”
In testimony before the House Judiciary Committee on 5/13/2010, US Attorney General yet again refused to use the term “radical Islam.” Remember. Radical Jihadist must be coddled. Some of them may have had a “tough time” reaching the American Dream. Of course, their American dream is death and destruction.

Peter Orszag: Obama never “pledged” no new taxes; he simply “preferred”
Remember this from the campaign trail?
httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q8erePM8V5U
“I can make a firm pledge. Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes.”
Barack Obama — Dover, NH –September 12, 2008
Apparently that “firm pledge” was never a pledge at all, but rather a “preference.” Please, don’t tell me any of you are surprised. According to Polipage, at a Manhattan breakfast sponsored by Thomson Reuters, White House Budget Director Peter Orszag threw that pledge out the window. Instead, he described Obama’s “read my lips, no new taxes” pledge as a “stance” and a “preference” that is subject to study by the president’s newly-formed bipartisan Commission on Fiscal Responsibility.
So much for the firm pledge. Here is the proper response to Mr. Hussein Obama:

Unemployment rate likely to surge above 10 percent during the next few months
Higher deficits, higher unemployment, a porkulus bill thats done absolutely nothing except create government jobs. What a better formula for the Democrats to use going in to the mid term elections come November. As America slowly becomes Europe, and Europe continues to implode, the unemployment rate according to The Hill is like to surge past 10% over the next few months, just in time for the mid term elections. This doesn’t even factor in the temporary census workers who are being hired right now to pad the employement numbers who will see their jobs disappear as the year goes on.
Economist Mark Zandi expects the unemployment rate to float above 10 percent during the next few months.

Scott Brown satisfied with Kagan’s answer on military recruiting
Another day, another RINO. Scott Brown is proving to be your prototypical RINO congressman. I guess that’s what we have come to expect from Northeastern state Republicans, and especially from a state like the People’s Republic of Massachusetts. Senator Scott Brown met with Elena Kagan this afternoon and took the opportunity to ask about her attempt to bar military recruiters from Harvard Law School. Kagan’s move to bar recruiters from a campus facility – because, she said, the military’s “Don’t ask, don’t tell” policy was discriminatory and “profoundly wrong” – has emerged as the biggest conservative talking point against her nomination. Brown, however, seemed satisfied with the solicitor general’s explanation. But as is typical for RINO cowards, Scott Brown was satisfied with her answer:
Elena Kagan shielded Saudis from 9/11 lawsuit
Here is even more of a reason why Obama picked Elena Kagan as his Supreme Nominee. Never mind how love of socialism, or anti-military stance. Kagan is also a terrorist sympathizer! WND reports that Kagan helped shield Saudi Arabia from lawsuits filed by families of 9/11 victims seeking to target countries and leaders who helped finance al-Qaida!
“I’m very concerned about her views on executive power and her views with respect to the separation of power,” Stephen A. Cozen, the lead attorney in the case for 9/11 victims, told WND.
Cap and Trade gets a new name – Behold the “American Power Act” of 2010
I wonder why progressive liberals came up with a name like the “American Power Act” for their latest attempt at Cap and Trade. After all, doesn’t a name like that suggest American exceptionalism? We know how big progressive liberals are on that. Regardless, the American Power Act of 2010 is sponsored by Senators John Kerry, and Joe Lieberman, I-Conn. According to the Associated Press, the bill would allow states to opt out of federal drilling up to 75 miles from their shores, a concession to lawmakers concerned about offshore exploration in the wake of the Gulf Coast oil spill. The bill also includes a gas tax. There are 3 progressive Republicans that could be the difference between this bill passing or not. Lindsey Graham of course, and Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins. The other progressive Republican RINO John McCain wouldn’t dare vote for this bill in an election year.
Los Angeles city council approves boycott of Arizona
Los Angeles on Wednesday became the largest city yet to boycott Arizona over its tough new law targeting illegal immigration in a move that likely will affect some $8 million in contracts with the state. The City Council voted 13-1 to bar Los Angeles from conducting business with Arizona unless the law is repealed. The vote followed an emotional council discussion during which many members noted that their ancestors were U.S. immigrants. I’m willing to bet that these same members ancestors were LEGAL and not ILLEGAL immigrants. Now this brings up an interesting question. With the Lakers about to play the Phoenix Suns in the NBA Western Conference Finals, does this mean that the Lakers will be forced to forfeit the games? How about the games when the Dodgers play the Diamondbacks? Anyway now that the dump known as smelLA has decided to boycott the state of Arizona i plan to make multiple trips there and maybe play at some native American Casinos (instead of California’s). Also, whenever I decide to buy anything online like computer hardware, i’ll be sure to NOT buy from any stores based in California. Enjoy your boycott progressive loons!
Washed up turncoat Arlen Specter thanks “Allegheny County Republicans” for endorsement at Democrat Event
As Democrat Joe Sestak continues to surge in the polls past Arlen Specter with less than a week to go for the primary, Arlen Specter either just forgot he switched parties last year because he knew he could never beat Pat Toomey in the primary, or he has just confirmed what I and others have known for years. Arlen Specter is a washed up, senile, out for himself politician. The schmuck Specter was even an hour late to the event! Again, I’m far from a fan of Joe Sestak, but here’s hoping that the people of Pennsylvania do the right thing in next week’s primary and dump Specter’s senile old ass like the people of West Virginia did last night to Alan Mollohan.

Republican Party sells Crist portrait for $7,700
Orange traitor Charlie Crist is paying off already! According to the AP, the Florida GOP says it’s sold an oil painting of Gov. Charlie Crist, who bolted the party to run for U.S. Senate as an independent. Party spokeswoman Katie Betta says the buyer was a registered Florida Republican who wanted to remain anonymous after paying $7,700 on eBay. The money will come in handy to help fund the path to Marco Rubio’s Senate victory in November.
UC San Diego student who is a fat Muslim pig confesses she wants a 2nd holocaust
A Muslim Jew-hater and supporter of genocide is flushed out by David Horowitz at a speech during “Israel Apartheid Week” at the University of California San Diego. David Horowitz who is Jewish was the speaker and was told point blank by this pig that it would be better for all Jews to gather in Israel so Hamas doesn’t have to “hunt them down globally” to kill them. But let us remember, Muslims should be coddled, just like the Times Square Bomber Faisal Shahzad because they are the true victims.

Another corrupt Democrat bites the dust – West Virginia gets rid of Alan Mollohan
Over the past weekend, progressive liberals and faux conservatives were bemoaning the fact that Bob Bennett lost his bid for a fourth term in office after delegates to the UT GOP convention refused to renominate him on Saturday. These losers whined about the fact that “there’s no room for moderates in the Republican Party anymore.” Well, I wonder what these same idiots have to say about the fact that corrupt West Virginia Democratic Rep. Alan Mollohan lost his bid for a 15th term tonight at the hands of state Sen. Mike Oliverio. The corrupt Mollohan’s have held this seat since 1968, according to the Washington Post. First with Mollohan’s father from 1968-1982 then Alan Mollohan himself from 1982 until this year.

Mullah Omar captured! Or was he?
Mullah Mohammed Omar known simply as Mullah Omar has been captured! This has been confirmed by both The Jawa Report and BigGovernment.com. Both sites say they confirmed the capture of Mullah Omar through key intelligence sources in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Mullah Omar is a Taliban leader and top Osama bin Laden ally. The U.S. intelligence operatives have informed the Department of Defense that Omar had been detained by Pakistani authorities. Lets just hope for the media’s sake that Mullah Omar didn’t have any recent homes foreclosed on.
Since the first posting of this story, The Cable is reporting that despite the two confirmations from Jawa Report and Big Government, a Pakistani official is saying that they have NOT captured Mullah Omar.
Update 5/13/2009 – Oliver North at Big Journalism says that Mullah Omar is in fact in Pakistani custody. So the beat goes on. Read more
Senate votes unanimously 96-0 for one time audit of Federal Reserve
According to the New York Times, the Senate on Tuesday voted unanimously to require a one-time audit of the Federal Reserve’s emergency actions during and after the 2008 financial crisis as part of broad legislation overhauling the nation’s financial regulatory system. The amendment, proposed by Senator Bernard Sanders, independent of Vermont, above, would require the Government Accountability Office to scrutinize some $2 trillion in emergency lending that the Fed provided to the nation’s biggest banks. The vote was 96 to 0. However, Senator David Vitter, Republican of Louisiana, put forward an amendment that would have mirrored the tougher House language, but it was rejected. The vote was 37 to 62.

CBO ups ObamaCARE cost projections $115 billion more over 10 years
Despite all the games, hiding of costs by Democrats to get the CBO to “score” the ObamaCARE bill to come in at less than $1 trillion, the CBO today released estimates of the government takeover of health care that predict the health care overhaul will likely cost about $115 billion more in discretionary spending over ten years than the original cost projections, according to Politico. Oh and BTW, this still doesn’t include the so called “doc-fix.” The additional spending — if approved over the years by Congress — would bring the total estimated cost of the overhaul to about $1 trillion.

Kagan Asked Court to ‘Embrace Theory of First Amendment That Would Allow Censorship Not Only of Radio and Television Broadcasts, But Pamphlets and Posters’
Just more proof that those progressive nuts who claim that Elena Kagan is too conservative is nothing but total bulls*it and merely a smoke screen. Elena Kagan is the PERFECT nomination for progressive liberals and this regime. According to CNSNEWS, then Solicitor General Elena Kagan, told that court in September that Congress could constitutionally prohibit corporations from engaging in political speech such as publishing pamphlets that advocate the election or defeat of a candidate for federal office. Kagan’s argument that the government could prohibit political speech by corporations was rejected by a 5-4 majority of the Supreme Court in the case of Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission. Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote the majority opinion in that case, and in a scathing concurrence Chief Justice John Roberts took direct aim at Kagan’s argument that the government could ban political pamphlets.
David Cameron Becomes New British Prime Minister
Queen Elizabeth has accepted the invitation of Conservative Party leader David Cameron to become Britain’s new prime minister Tuesday night after Gordon Brown resigned following his failure to form a coalition government with another liberal party after national elections last week. According to Fox News, Cameron’s Conservative Party finished with the greatest share of seats in last Thursday’s general election but not enough to secure the majority he needed to seize power outright. The resulting hung parliament — Britain’s first since 1974 — triggered days of political uncertainty and frantic horse-trading between the three main parties.
