Goodnight now! Washington Post reporter David Weigel resigns!

Another hateful progressive liberal Democrat goes down the drain. FishbowlDC has confirmed that WaPo hateful conservative-beat blogger Dave Weigel has resigned after a slew of his anti-conservative comments. Though I’m sure after resigning from the Washington Post, other “media outlets” such as MSNBC or Media Matter for America will come calling. Recent e-mails from Weigel reveal the now former Washington Post reporter savaging conservatives such as Rush Limbaugh, Matt Drudge, etc. The Daily Caller has some examples of Weigel’s remarks:

On Rush Limbaugh:
When Limbaugh was rushed to the hospital with chest pains, Washington Post reporter David Weigel had a wish of his own.

“I hope he fails,” Weigel cracked to fellow liberal reporters on the “Journolist” email list-serv.
“Too soon?” he wondered.

On Matt Drudge Weigel remarked,

“It’s really a disgrace that an amoral shut-in like Drudge maintains the influence he does on the news cycle while gay-baiting, lying, and flubbing facts to this degree.”

and

This would be a vastly better world to live in if Matt Drudge decided to handle his emotional problems more responsibly, and set himself on fire.
