Federal Judge Bolton blocks a part of Arizona Immigration Law SB1070

obama-constitutionYes, we are back (sorry for the lack of updates!). Federal judge Bolton has given the Obama regime a “partial victory” in granting a partial injunction requested on the Arizona immigration law, SB 1070. Judge Susan Bolton, a Bill Clinton appointee. While Bolton cowered to the Obama regime said the police can’t require illegals to have papers with them when arrested, there are still some parts of the laws that will go into effect tonight at midnight.     Apparently the Judge cited concerns over the rights of legal aliens who might not have their papers on them as a partial reason for her ruling, but the problem is that Federal Law ALREADY requires them to carry their papers AT ALL TIME as a condition of being here….

    I’m sure we all knew that the judge was going to do this , the white house influence is apparently to strong to make competent decisions concerning the safety of our citizens as shown by judge Boltons ruling . obviously Obama is pushing blanket amnesty to pay the voters that got him elected . Unfortunately and as usual , our american citizens take the back seat again , Thanks judge !!

    Federal Law can preempt State Law when Federal Law purposes are not being met by the State! My 60 years of life experience with FAA [I'm a Fed licened pilot] and FCC [I'm a Fed licened amateur radio operator] indicates that this is the case. Arizona will win at the Supreme Court level providing they show FAA, FCC, FBI, etc. case law of which there are 100s.

    It’s not surprising this Judge struck down a part of the Arizona Immigration Law. After all she is a Democrat put into office by a Democrat President Bill Clinton.

    It is very sad that politics is even dominating the Legal System. Judges are making decisions not based on the Constitution any more but on political affiliations.

    I’m not sure how Judges like Susan Bolton can sleep at night.

    It’s obvious her decision was based on what party she belongs. I wonder what Obama and his group had to give her for that ruling?

    It is not the state gov’ts responsibility to determine the residency of US citizens.

    >Jersey McJones: I believe you are mistaken. To participate in one of the many aid programs paid for by the taxpayers of Arizona, eligibility is determined. One of many ways in which U.S. citizens routinely verify their citizenship, many of which likely go unnoticed.

    Of course, this completely ignores the salient fact that resident and other documented aliens are required to carry their papers while in this country, under federal law. Try again?
